He even offered to come out sooner but I couldn't because of work. I was having issues with an error code the hot tub was giving, and Nick was able to pinpoint it to one of two errors while troubleshooting. He tried the cheaper fix before going into the big fix and luckily for me, it worked! I was very pleased with his prompt service, professionalism, and extensive knowledge and experience in his field. He offered to test my water and clean my filter on the spot even before I hired him. I immediately loved James' attention to detail and his care for doing a great job and delivering a sparkling pool. He cleaned my filter and tested my pool and went on with the rest of his busy schedule. The next day, I was given a reasonable estimate for ridding my black mold and for servicing my three pools. We hired James. It's been three months now and we are impressed and over satisfied with how James delivered. James spent a week working tirelessly to rid the black mold without having to drain our pool. We had a relapse after a few weeks and James went back at no additional cost and got it back under control.
