Pool Rehab's Office Associate was professional and efficient in setting up our appointment. Jeremy was punctual, professional, knowledgeable & courteous in giving us an onsite estimate. Brian Rios, the Pool Rehab Technician, called before his arrival, arrived on time, was professional, friendly, courteous & explained his procedure and systematically worked to remove ALL the chemical buildup on our pool tiles and the natural granite. Brian was very conscientious & courteous in making sure we were pleased with the results before moving on to (blow) clean the Tru Abrasive off of the coping and surrounding deck and pergola area and vacuuming the pool, before sealing the tiles.
