He lets me know of any choices that I have if there is a decision to be made. He notices of something is off or needs adjusted. He has been keeping our pool sparkling and we are super happy with his service. He also is very educated on what the treatments are and why they are needed. He's very friendly and polite. I try to keep our dogs inside, but sometimes they get out to greet him and they really like him. He is kind, efficient, and always looking out for us. I'm very happy with their service and think they are very reasonable in price.

I was wondering why my pool was suddenly looking bad all the time so I checked the security cameras. From the time the pool guy would show up to the time his truck was gone was sometimes as little as three minutes, no joke. He would come dump chemicals in and leave. No brushing, no sweeping, nothing, even though the pool obviously needed it. I have since learned to take care of my pool myself and it looks fantastic again.

Big NOPE to that so I started shopping around. Had a couple of guys come out but Don Perfecto seemed like the right fit. Been using them for more than a year now and wouldn't go with anyone else. Quick anecdote, I fired them back at the end of April thinking I'd just do it myself and save some $$$. After 3 weeks I went crawling (texting) back to Don Perfecto. I already had some algae growth and it's only been a couple weeks of cool weather. They do such an amazing job I just admitted I suck and they are awesome. We applied for the loan through them and 1 month later after it all went through the crew was here starting. They finished in 15 weeks! There was even some holidays during this time too!! I have to add this in: Prior to this amazing company we called around to other places and not only does every other company not even answer or return calls but they were giving us crazy estimates and time of completions and saying off the wall things like "you have to remove your air conditioner for nine months." LOL UM Hello we live in the desert! Another pool guy said it will take 9 months. Another guy said there's no way we can fit through your gate. Simon literally said it'll be done before Christmas and it was....4 days before too! Simon was so chill. Never a problem, his crew was super polite, clean, on time and courteous. When I picked up the tile, Simon pointed out that it might be a little bit too busy and he was so right. In fact, I trusted him 100% and asked him if he would just pick out something nice and boy am I sure glad that he did because it turned out amazing. I asked Simon to connect us up with a turf guy during all the construction and a great guy showed up and banged it out. Then I asked Simon to move a couple trees and he moved them. I told Simon I needed pots to remove tons of river rock and poof he brought me big planter pots. He's so sweet!!! I am a small business owner so I know how important reviews are and being reliable and honest is. That's exactly what Simon and his crew are.
