These guys serviced my home for over a year. Robbie suspected a leak & advised me to call Moore Leak Detection who came out immediately & advised me there was no leak but a check valve issue. I relayed the information to Robbie who became defensive instead of maybe just checking the valve? Robbie began texting me & threatening me as if he wanted to fight, the owner began messaging me directly not helping the situation but cracking jokes. Fast forward ALL AMERICAN POOL have come by fixed the valve & now my pool is clean & ready for the summer. Jamil and his team failed to properly identified the problem with our pool. We hired their company to service our pool on weekly basis and prevent this stuff from happening and yet we were told a bunch of excuses and the real issue was not address. The team failed to maintain proper chlorine and salt levels and did not notify us the filter needed to be cleaned resulting in us not being able to use our pool in the middle of the summer for over a month. I haven't been able to keep up with routine maintenance as Im either working long hours or gone for extended periods of time. I recently contacted AAA regarding why my pool spa drains water when the pump is turned off. Robbie came out to my house he said I have a non working check valve. He installed a "used/non-functioning" check valve. Obviously it didn't work. I asked him to come back to see why water draining problem is not resolved. He claims that my pool has a leak problem. This is BS. I purchased a new check valve from Amazon. Installed it plus replaced O-Rings on the diverting valves. This completely fixed the problem.
