We feel the need to follow up. We have since met with four pool company's and they all said the same thing about the chemical care we were NOT getting just extra filter cleaning charges four plus a year. The level of dishonesty from the owner with the blame game when a situation arises. Blame the equipment and the weather anything but honesty and accountability. Just our own experience and that of our neighbors with this company. All chemical test results were the same no chlorine. Mind you the guy was just here servicing it. read more

Showing up when you say you will show up. Not even a courtesy call, just ghosted me after making arrangements.

Tom is the one who cleans our pool. My pool is so clean when he is done. He is kind and professional and I am very happy with the service.

BLue Pools is doing an excellent job keeping my nice and clean. The technician comes at the same time every week so I don't have to wonder when they will show up like I did with other companies. They leave me a photo of my pool of before and after the cleaning so I don't have to guess if the company has shown up because I have a photo that is texted to me. Both the owner and my technician are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Blue Pools. read more

The Blue Pools - Pool Cleaners Near Me

Buyers beware. First id like to state we hired them to clean the pool and overall that job was great; no issues whatsoever and the pool was ready to swim asap, which to me was a shocker based off how dirty/ bad the pool needed to be cleaned up. Now, my real reason for the review is due to the equipment that was sold to us after the fact along with the install job, which was fine until we currently had some issues with one of the pipes blowing off the filter that was sold to us along with what appears to be a crack on the opposite side that is installed into the new heater that was sold to us as well. Note - this work and equipment sold to us is barely 4 months old and with the summer here we just barely using any of it now. Have been trying to get in contact with Mike ( presumed to be owner) along with the installer but mike avoids any communication and the installer number seems to be disconnected now. Buyers beware - if you do business with them ensure everything is in writing. read more

To whom this may concern, I hired blue pools to maintain my 40,000 gallon pool to start this maintenance. I had blue pools to do a filter cleaning of my De filters during our first maintenance. Somehow or another filter gets cracked and blue doesn't even mention the crack. I noticed the crack when I noticed DE filter in my pool water so like any other concerns I called my Pool guy to find out what happened and he has no clue what happened until he mentions the crack in filter. So long story short to not put the blame on anybody we agreed that I would buy the filters if you would install them for free comes back with a quote of about $400 for filters. I find them on Amazon for $200. He tells me he won't install those filters because he didn't buy them And they won't be covered under warranty truck shit called price gouging mark up I wasn't born yesterday. Keep in mind customer this all happened in the first week of hiring this company and then I can keep going and going and going all I can say is I would definitely not hire this company for nothing read more

Michael with The Blue Pools responded quickly to my service call request and came up with a time that was convenient. July 31st our regular pool guy didn't show up, a random guy did, video of the backyard shows the guy did not clean the pool. August 3rd we started developing alge, August 7th the company saw we had alge, again did not clean the pool. We called the owner, he stated they'd have a meeting and take extra care of us the following week. The following wed, company was in and out in 10 minutes we called the owner, he made every excuse as to why we had alge, taking zero responsibility as to why his crew is not cleaning the pool or taking care of the issues properly, here we are Aug 28th Steve is shown in our cameras throwing a tantrum because we still have alge. Sweeping 2 feet of the of the pool, taking his brush off and tossing it, hitting our pergola. Here goes another week of not brushing the pool. We are paying this company to brush and take care of our pool. Clearly they are not taking care of our pool if 4 weeks later we still have algea. We have multiple videos of them not brushing the pool. Stay clear of this company. We have had them for well over a year and their quality has gotten horrible. And it's safe to say the owner will jump on here and defend his company. We have video of the poor service this company is giving. read more

Professional, on time, trustworthy and great customer service. We hired this company about 6 months ago. The owner Mike came out pretty quickly after I put in a request for a quote through Yelp. Mike is very professional and seemed like the right fit. Since hiring Mike, he and his guys have helped out with some additional pool issues for which we are very appreciative. We would recommend Mike and his team to others. read more

Micheal showed up within a few hours to help even though it was late. Left the house to get the needed part after calling several businesses to find one that is opened. Found the issue, got the part returned and fixed it the same day. He was honest and genuine and so helpful. I'd recommend him to anyone, thank you! read more

I've had several pool services. This company by far talking is the most professional.

This is the worst pool service I have ever had. If something goes wron with the pool, such as a breakout of yellow algae, Michael, the manager, will always blame you. After leaving our pool in the worst shape it has ever been, he terminated our agreement. Their employees appear to be inexperienced and there is no communication. There has been constant turnover of the employees cleaning our pool. One of the employees told us he could not get the pool to turn on after cleaning it. I had to call our appliance insurance company out to fix it. Turns out he had been using an electrical breaker to turn the pool off and on. He did not understand that he needed to press the service button when he cleaned the pool. It cost me an $85 service call. read more

When I initially move into my home I had used the previous pool service that was suggested by the other homeowner. Unhappy with what they were providing, I contacted The Blue Pools. Michael is very personable and was more than willing stop by to check out my pool. Impressed with his knowledge and giving me a few pointers I hired him that day. I've been extremely happy ever since! There have been times where I've had to reach out to Michael for questions and he's very responsive. His pricing is reasonable, the rest of his team is just as amazing! read more

I hired this company to help with my parent's saltwater pool. I'm glad I was able to find a company that is professional efficient and that both my parents and I can trust. Thank you! read more

Searching to find a pool service that can service saltwater pools was a challenge, to say the least. Micheal said without any doubt he could provide the service for saltwater pools. After 5 months Micheal's "The Blue Pools" service has been amazing, once a week on-time schedule, and very meticulous in keeping our pool crystal clear. Once his service is complete you will receive a picture of the pool and details of the services he performed. With the increase of saltwater pools in demand look no further. We are very pleased with the excellent professional customer service to protect our investment. read more
