After looking at it, he explained that it would likely require replacing a pipe and gasket and gave me a very reasonable quote. When he returned on Friday with the necessary supplies, he opened everything up and realized the pipe didn't actually need to be replaced. Instead of doing unnecessary work, he fixed the leak with a much simpler repair. Even better, he charged me significantly less than the original quote because the repair turned out to be easier than expected. It's rare to find someone as honest and professional as Wyatt. He could have easily gone ahead with the original repair, but instead he did only what was needed and passed the savings on to me. Rick was very responsive at the get go during my evaluation phase, up until after I gave him my business and he completed the job. From the time the pool guy would show up to the time his truck was gone was sometimes as little as three minutes, no joke. He would come dump chemicals in and leave. I ended up selecting a Duralum cover that his company also offers, and I'm glad I did. It's just the look I was going for. I was also impressed with Adam's business model, which is built on quality and efficiency at a very reasonable price without cutting corners or sacrificing customer service. Now for the best part: A guy named Brody, his lead installer. In addition to being a super nice guy, his work is meticulous. The back of my home isn't linear, so there are bump-outs and protrusions, making the installation more difficult and time consuming. This wasn't the slightest challenge for Brody and his team. The finished product is snuggled tightly against my stucco and professionally sealed on the roof to prevent any water dripping through when it rains. I watched him work, measuring and cutting the aluminum to match my home so the fit and finish is far greater than I imagined. As you can tell from the photos, I still have work to do (concrete coating, fence repairs, etc.) to match the beauty of my new cover.
