He even offered to come out sooner but I couldn't because of work. My wife and I were looking forward to working with them as they had great ideas. We were having a huge rock pool built and a bbq kitchen and 2 fire pits once the 3d drawing was approved demo stared. We had just had all the concrete stained so demo guy was supposed to use the back road as instructed but did not he decided to use the front and ruined all the stained concrete so Alfredo Carls partner that knows all how to build the pools said he would re stain it for free. I thought great that's awesome and was pleased with that response. Originally the back yard world be done in February but with all the rain it slowed us down a little then it went to June 1st it's now June 27th and it's still not done and 95% paid for. The rock crew suggested a s shape slide after looking at it and Carl asked me so my exact words " as long as it's safe" well to say the least we had 2 people almost fly out of the slide. I texted both of them videos and Carls response was "not my problem" then to top it all off they forgot to run All the wires for the my lights I had on my post so they had to cut out slots all over the rock. They attempted to fix the slide and it looks like garbage. Carl responded with sorry Alfredo and I or no longer partners you can take it up with him since he's trying to finish your project. Alfredo is a good man and is trying to make it all right but Carl is something else and won't own up to anything. It's costing me $9,000.00 to repair all the rock they didn't do correctly!!!! Unfortunately my lawyer is now involved as I'm a contractor and know all my rights and he did everything against the law and code he even asked for $45,000.00 for a deposit instead of the 10% or $1,000.00 whatever is less per CSLB I would never recommend Carl on anything he only came to the job a very small handful of times and out stop payments on some of the contractors checks so they stopped coming to finish what they started they left trash all over the place food beer cans etc.

This is all documented with emails, phone call records and texts. I also have pictures of the trash the crew left. The heater never worked, they spray painted parts of the filtration but charged us for replacing. The one of the actuators is missing, the unit came with two, they installed one and kept the other. Then to boot they built our slide into the neighbors yard and after three months of trying to get them to fix it, they came and attempted to fix it but it is still not done correctly. There are cracks and the paint does not match. They left concreate in the drain and the system is not (salt water) making chlorine. His excuse is that he "isn't doing pools anymore" and that he is injured and stopped responding. Anyone else use them and want to sue.... message me.

After talking through the situation, I decided to have him come out to assess the issue in person. Evin quickly identified that the water loss might be coming from small, hard-to-see cracks in the spa tile. He suggested shutting off the spillway to let the wall dry completely. After monitoring the water levels for a week, his diagnosis was spot on. The leak stopped entirely. He also noticed our pool vacuum was hooked up through the skimmer and explained why that setup wasn't ideal. He pointed out an alternative outlet and even caught a rubber stopper that could've caused serious plumbing damage. He removed it on the spot, not an easy task, but he got it done. Once we confirmed the leak source, we moved forward with replacing the spa tile. Evin mailed us tile samples to choose from and also facilitated an appointment at the warehouse so we could see more options. During the work, Evin found damage behind the tiles, so we decided to repair the top four inches, remove the brick trim, and finish the top in matching tile. It looks fantastic, we love how the spillway looks now when it's running. Evin also upgraded our system overall: he installed a chlorinator (goodbye floating dispenser!), put the pumps on a smart schedule so the pool circulates evenly, automated our line fill, and updated our existing automation system to tie everything together.
