Fabio is the best pool expert and pool cleaner in SoCal. Full stop. We went through 3 terrible (and…read moreuntrustworthy) companies before we found Fabio. He is hardworking, he is knowledgeable, he stays ahead of any problems or trouble we may face in the future, he is always there when he says he's going to be there, he does the little things. Our pool and hot tub have never looked better. However, this all pales in comparison to the human being that he is. Fabio is the sweetest person you could ever do business with. He is a joy to speak with and you can trust him -- which I can't say about any of the other people we worked with. He's just the best guy and I would highly highly recommend him to anyone in SoCal.

He responded quickly, took the time to thoroughly explain my options, and even walked me through how to apply for a rebate to help save money. His communication was excellent throughout the process. He followed up promptly and often replied early in the morning or late in the evening to make sure I had the information I needed. We received multiple estimates, and his pricing was among the fairest. In the end, we didn't move forward with Joseph because my aunt decided to go with someone who came highly recommended through a personal referral. That decision wasn't a reflection of Joseph's work. Based on my experience with him, I would absolutely recommend reaching out to him for a pool project.

Joel has great communication with me, I think the longest I've waited for a tax return was only 15 minutes and that's because he was in a conference. Super nice guy! I highly recommend this company.

They can fix many pool-related issues themselves, and if something is outside their scope, they always recommend someone reputable. He cleaned my filter and tested my pool and went on with the rest of his busy schedule. The next day, I was given a reasonable estimate for ridding my black mold and for servicing my three pools. We hired James. It's been three months now and we are impressed and over satisfied with how James delivered. James spent a week working tirelessly to rid the black mold without having to drain our pool. We had a relapse after a few weeks and James went back at no additional cost and got it back under control. As far as our pool maintenance; each week we get an email from James with the results of the water testing, what chemicals he put in the pools to keep them at the right level, and a picture of our sparkling pools.
