They were in good shape with the exception that some of the framing was getting pitted and straps were faded, but not broken. This set, including the glass table, have been outside in the sea air and all elements since they were purchased. We wanted to honor my wife's grandparents by not replacing this set. So we decided to invest in a restoration, due to how well made this set is. I found Patio Guys on Yelp and decided to use them for this project. As we were starting to wipe down the chairs, we noticed a label on one of the chair frames, which was a Patio Guys restoration logo decal. Turns out our late relative had used them before, but uncertain at what decade were they restored before. I guess it was destiny to use Patio Guys. For the strap width of what our chairs required, there was not a huge selection to choose from. So if you're looking to replace with a sunny yellow, orange or teal, you'll need to make an alternate choice. Lots of whites, creams, tans, and earthy greens to choose from. The only blue is like a Dodger blue or a forest green. So we took a leap of faith and chose turquoise. It's perfect!! We were in no hurry and quoted 4 weeks turn around time. It was more like 6 weeks, but I was anticipating more like 10 weeks. Plus we were the cause of not getting the chairs back sooner due to our schedule. The job Patio Guys has exceeding my expectations. I knew the patio set would look better than the existing condition, but I wasn't expecting a brand new condition.

The ring worked just fine and did not rust through like some companies have mentioned online but when I decided to upgrade from our original lava rocks to fire glass it was time to go with a stainless fire ring. I had my eyes on Starfire direct for a few years now until I decided it was time to upgrade the fire pit. We even went back to several locations multiple times. Cal West was a dealer we kept going back to. Not only is Jacuzzi a top brand, we kept going back because Jordan and Paul would always answer our questions. Other places kept trying to push the high dollar units with all the bells and whistles. At Cal West, we were educated about all Jacuzzi levels and what the features were, how each had to be maintained, and price points. They let us choose what worked best for us. This was important since it was our first time buying one. Once we had our concrete slab in and HOA approval, we were ready to pull the trigger. Unfortunately for us, this crazy pandemic hit. No more hot tubs - anywhere! Two week lead times turned into 3 months. Knowing that we wanted a hot tub, Jordan was able to find us one. Purchased and delivered within weeks. The delivery and set-up went smooth. They placed it right where we wanted and clean-up afterwards. We had our electrician complete the set up a few days later. What stood out to me was that Paul made himself available to walk me through the initial chemical process via FaceTime when the store was closed. Who else would do that - Not many, if any! So far, Cal West is top notch! I haven't had to use them for repairs (hopefully won't need it), but based on sales, install, and customer service, I recommend this place to anyone looking for a spa.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ozzie, the Spa Guy, for some much-needed maintenance and repairs on my spa, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism and attention to detail were evident. Ozzie not only addressed the issues efficiently but also took the time to explain what he was doing and why. His customer service was top-notch. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was running perfectly before he left. It's rare to come across someone who clearly takes such pride in their work, and it made all the difference. Thanks to Ozzie, my spa is working better than ever, and I have complete peace of mind knowing it's in great shape. I recently purchased a Hot Spring Spa from Kaitlyn. The model I purchased was the Pulse with salt water, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, and Kaitlyn, the salesperson, was absolutely fantastic. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions, making the whole process stress-free. The Pulse model itself is incredible--it's stylish, easy to use, and the hydrotherapy jets are pure bliss. I've already noticed how much it helps with relaxation and muscle relief after a long day.
