We love our hot tub and cover we got from Valley Hot Spring Spas and BBQs so much, we just had to come back to create our backyard kitchen oasis!! It started with basic design idea on the back of a napkin and turned into The Most Beautiful outdoor kitchen! Way above our wildest dreams. Jason came to our home with a tape measure and some blue painters tape to turn our napkin vision into some real workable dimensions for a custom build. He gave us a really great deal and reasonable expectations for delivery. We went to the showroom and met with Kaitlyn to pick out tiles and that is where the magic happened. Kaitlyn and my fiancé worked beautifully as a team to select the perfect counter-top, back-splash tiles and some stack-stone accents. They really know their business and products. The delivery team arrived 8 weeks later; meeting the original promise made by Jason. The team was professional and careful as they turned the napkin vision into reality. The next day, Eddy the "palapa guy" came to confirm the dimensions for the palapa roof. A couple days later and our outdoor kitchen was completed. The spa my inlaws purchased from Valley Hot Springs 5 years ago has performed flawlessly. That could be the end of the review right there,,right? Nope. Whats more impressive is HVSS service tech named Lorenzo. When my inlaws moved, and could not take spa along, the spa was sold to friends. So spa gets moved and I am asked as favor to hook up. I cant get heat and jets to fire and am pretty sure it is something I was missing. On a Friday afternoon, on a spa VHSS sold FIVE years ago Lorenzo calls me back. Lorenzo gives me his personnel cell no and tells me to head back to the spa and call him when I get there. Lorenzo is face timing me for an hour. The whole time he is answering calls while instructing me what and where to check each connection. He would get a call and say "gotta take this,,call you back in five!" And he did!! Like 4x!!!! When we had the electrocution come out we found that it was incomplete imagine yourself filling your hot tub and leaks start. Everywhere. They immediately gave us a new unit and had it delivered promptly.
