I purchased my Hotspring Spa from Valley Hot Spring Spas in 2021. They have provided excellent service from the time of sale. Special recognition to Lorenzo, their Service Technician. His knowledge of these spas and his attention to detail is excellent. No one compares. He is the best. Thank you, Lorenzo. read more

We love our hot tub and cover we got from Valley Hot Spring Spas and BBQs so much, we just had to come back to create our backyard kitchen oasis!! It started with basic design idea on the back of a napkin and turned into The Most Beautiful outdoor kitchen! Way above our wildest dreams. Jason came to our home with a tape measure and some blue painters tape to turn our napkin vision into some real workable dimensions for a custom build. He gave us a really great deal and reasonable expectations for delivery. We went to the showroom and met with Kaitlyn to pick out tiles and that is where the magic happened. Kaitlyn and my fiancé worked beautifully as a team to select the perfect counter-top, back-splash tiles and some stack-stone accents. They really know their business and products. The delivery team arrived 8 weeks later; meeting the original promise made by Jason. The team was professional and careful as they turned the napkin vision into reality. The next day, Eddy the "palapa guy" came to confirm the dimensions for the palapa roof. A couple days later and our outdoor kitchen was completed. Our outdoor kitchen / bbq island is so much more beautiful than I ever could have hoped. I cannot find words to describe how happy we are. Thank you Jason and Kaitlyn from Valley Hot Springs Spas. And thank you Eddy from PalapaGuy for helping us create our "paradise oasis"!!!!!! If you are shopping for a hot tub or bbq island, look no further! Valley Hot Spring Spas and BBQs is the very best! read more

My husband and I new El Grande EC -1166EX Cal Spa owners September 2025. We love our spa and it has completed our resort like backyard for us to enjoy for many years to come. We purchased our spa from Diana Cox from the Murrieta CA store where her customer service was above and beyond excellent knowledgeable and honest service. We are so pleased we highly recommend her and location to our friends and family. We also met Lorenzo the service tech who serviced our spa recently. He too was excellent very helpful and knowledgeable suggesting us to best care for our spa to last many years. read more

We purchased a Swim Pro spa from Valley Hot Spring Spas a few years ago. Our spa is still under warranty, it has a 5 year warranty. We have been pleasantly surprised by how knowledgeable and responsive everyone has been with us. It is one of the most professionally run businesses we have dealt with. The technician, Lorenzo, is extremely competent and every time he has come out to service our spa, he has done a superb job in diagnosing, explaining, and remedying any and all problems. Lorenzo has a great attitude and has given us many tips on maintaining the spa. He is always on time, and gets the job done promptly and accurately - every time! Fine employee and human being! Thanks! read more

From the very first super helpful phone call, to very courteously making sure the last bits of boxes and trash were picked up after our install, these guys were great, A+. Very friendly and professional. They were able to help us navigate all the models and sale prices and accessories and put together our perfect order in a pretty quick showroom visit together. A few short weeks later, they hauled away our old broken spa and delivered everything safely and promptly! What felt like an overwhelming choice was made easy with Jose. They had great answers for every one of our very many questions and helped us pick the perfect model. We're so happy with our spa and with our experience at Valley Hot Spring Spas. read more

The spa my inlaws purchased from Valley Hot Springs 5 years ago has performed flawlessly. That could be the end of the review right there,,right? Nope. Whats more impressive is HVSS service tech named Lorenzo. When my inlaws moved, and could not take spa along, the spa was sold to friends. So spa gets moved and I am asked as favor to hook up. I cant get heat and jets to fire and am pretty sure it is something I was missing. On a Friday afternoon, on a spa VHSS sold FIVE years ago Lorenzo calls me back. Lorenzo gives me his personnel cell no and tells me to head back to the spa and call him when I get there. Lorenzo is face timing me for an hour. The whole time he is answering calls while instructing me what and where to check each connection. He would get a call and say "gotta take this,,call you back in five!" And he did!! Like 4x!!!! WHO DOES THAT??? I'll tell you who, Lorenzo at VHSS DOES THAT! If you can find someone who goes to those lengths that dude did you need to hire em and never ever lose their no. read more

We just received our new Cal Spa and we are extremely happy. The whole purchase process was excellent. We had gone to home shows and fairs but were turned off by the high pressure sales tactics and so called specials they claimed to offer. From the moment we walked into the Murrieta location our sales person Jeff was wonderful. He discussed with us what we were looking for and helped us find the best spa for our needs. Even when I had concerns about maintaining the water, he helped me to understand the process and said we can call him direct or come in at any time with a water sample to help us get it into proper balance. We highly recommend Valley Hot Springs Spas. read more

This is where want you purchase your hot tub. The staff at Valley Hot Springs spas is amazing. The store was neat and clean, well organized and smelled amazing. You will find that Diane the sales manager is a delight to work with, she is friendly and knowledgeable, she knows pretty much everything there is to know about hot tubs. There were no high pressure sales tactics being used on us at any time. First visit was just to get an idea of what was available. We went home measured our entry points and spoke to our electrician regarding our power needs. Once all of the prerequisites were met we went back to the store to choose our new hot tub. We ended up ordering something that wasn't in stock however the order process and date of arrival met all of our expectations or the date of arrival, the delivery staff was prompt, polite and professional. José Javier and José. Man oh man if I could give more that 5* above and beyond. So we got our hot tub as the floor model (the small knicks and cranny's are expected. When we had the electrocution come out we found that it was incomplete imagine yourself filling your hot tub and leaks start. Everywhere. When you begin to investigate you find that the internal components just haven't been installed so you contact the company you purchased your spa from. They immediately gave us a new unit and had it delivered promptly. For reference this post was in my drafts pending the performance of the new unit and no complaints to this day works perfectly and gets its use out of us read more

This is the second hot tub. We've purchased from Valley Springs. Exceptional experience. Our technician Lorenzo was extremely professional and diligent taking us through all the steps on how to properly work the hot tub. He also came out a second time on that day to troubleshoot an issue for us. After replacing multiple parts in the hot tub, we finally traced the problem back to the electrician having improperly wired the hot tub. Lorenzo was extremely patient outgoing And very friendly. Professional would highly recommend Valley Hot Springs and Lorenzo . read more

We bought our hot tub from Valley Springs in 2018 and it was one of the best purchases we've ever made! Diane was very informative and shared how her own hot tub has helped her over the years. Although I wasn't sure at the time, everything she said has proven to be 1000% true! I use it almost daily to help me relax, unwind and recover from long work days, hours of pickleball and just the normal day-to-day life stressors. I feel better physically and mentally and I sleep more soundly. My husband works from home and goes in the hot tub almost every day on his lunch break. It helps his back loosen up from hours of sitting and gives him a good break from looking at a computer screen. The service we have had from Valley Hot Springs has been amazing from the beginning of our purchase (needing a crane to get it in!), to chemicals (they are great at helping me when I'm stuck and unable to do it on my own...I've brought a cupful of our water and they help analyze it for me) and Andy in the parts/service was great when, after 6 years, we finally needed a replacement cover. I would recommend them completely if you are thinking about purchasing a hot tub. You won't regret it! read more

We just purchased a swim spa from this company and let me tell you what a wonderful group of people they are. From Diane the sales rep, she has to be the most outstanding person in a company that I have come across in my 68 years. Not only is she very knowledgeable and helpful but she does it all with a smile and general kindness. She is a great asset to this business. Then there are the spa crew that set up the swim spa when it is delivered. They were outstanding. The thing that everyone should know is, Diane refers you to a concrete company and electrical company and the crane operator that has to lift the swim spa over your house. Every single one was outstanding and very knowledgeable about the swim spa itself. I highly recommend this company. read more

My husband and I moved in to our new house in Temecula and really wanted to add a hot tub to our backyard. We stopped in on a Sunday in early November and talked to Jeff and Diane. They were both very helpful with helping us choose what would be the best model for our needs and there was no high pressure pitches to endure. They gave us all the inforation we needed without being pushy at all. They did tell us that things were backed up due to Covid which we totally understood. Thankfully, we picked a model that was at the warehouse if we didn't mind customizing the color of the inside (we didn't! I liked the white). They also recommended an electrician and a crane company and both did an amazing job. We had everything installed and were able to enjoy our hot tub in time for Christmas! Best present ever! Thanks to Diane and Jeff for helping us make our back yard into an oasis! Tamara and Scott read more
