Wide Aisle and lots of merchandise

Five Below is what 99 Cent should be when it grows up. Almost everything here is below $5.00. Almost, with the exception of some of the electronics stuff in the back. But it really, really helps to know your prices and which items you can get elsewhere for less money. Most of the candy items, or Combos can be purchased for 50 cents less at Walmarts a half mile away. I find their book selects intriguing. This location had The Great Gatsby for.... wait for it... yep, $5.00. The employees are really very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Checkout is also self-serve, too. Will be back.

Shelves of snacks!

It's a really cute & fun store that sells a variety of items $5 or less. They do have a section that sells items that cost more than $10. There were hardly any customers in the store and some shelves were in disarray and the floors were dirty and needed a good sweep. It's self checkout so in my mind I was wondering why it was remaining messy & dirty. I noticed some employees were working and others standing around having conversations. At least I was greeted warmly and wished a good evening as I left. The condition of the store won't deter me from returning. It may have been an off day.

All this was $5.. sticker on box said $20..

Intersting discount store that's not sketchy. Five Below is a fun place for kids with plenty of cool things to buy. This is more of a destination place for cheap gifts but I doubt you'll come here for life necessities like food and school supplies. - Lots of snacks and candy. Many vintage options. - Not everything is under $5. However higher priced items are few and far between. In contrast, the majority of items at 99 City cost several dollars.

Sanrio plush lots

Kawaii House - Some of the cute claw machines!

If you're looking for a cute little arcade + shopping adventure in Murrieta, Kawaii House is SUCH a…read moregem! It's tucked in a tiny plaza right next to Panda Express, and the parking is super convenient -- there's plenty of space so you don't have to circle forever. This place is absolutely adorable inside, with tons of claw machines full of plushies, anime figures, keychains, gacha machines, and fun collectibles that make your heart go . They also have snacks, drinks, and lots of cute merch to browse while you play! Hours: * Monday-Thursday & Sunday: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM * Friday & Saturday: 11:30 AM - 9:00 PM These hours make it perfect for an after‑school stop, a weekend outing, or a fun date! Play Card / Ticket Tips: They use a play card system -- you load tickets/credits onto a card and then use it to play the machines. I recommend grabbing enough credits so you can play a few machines without having to reload right away! (It just makes it more fun & less stop‑start.) Pro tip: If you win something, staff are super friendly and happy to help you get your prize out of the machine or exchange it! What I LOVED: The customer service is AMAZING -- had the same sweet lady helping us both times, and she made the visit extra special. So many adorable prizes and anime figurines that are actually worth trying for! Cute shopping vibe, great for kids AND adults who love kawaii stuff! What could be better: One machine wasn't working the day we went -- kind of a bummer! A few machines sometimes have repeats of the same plushies if you've visited before. But honestly, still cute overall! If you're into claw machines, cute anime merch, and fun little hangouts, this place is an absolute must‑visit!

We spent our Super Bowl weekend in San Diego and then drove home by way of Interstate 10…read more We searched in Yelp for a Bricks & Minifigs and discovered this location in Temecula. It is a terrific store and very well thought out. Right up front is a board displaying all sorts of announcements, sales, specials, build days, etc. Very helpful, especially to out of town customers. We are really into digging through bulk tables and this location did not disappoint. There are 6 smaller bulk tables with buckets and bags of various sizes available for gathering your chosen bricks. They were having a special February sale where you can fill a Valentine's Day themed bucket for $25 and then bring it back in throughout February to refill it for only $20 thereafter. Great deal. As we were going through the bulk, we saw other customers come and go . We looked around the rest of the store and found some B&M baseplates that we needed for an upcoming event/project, so we grabbed those as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this store. The man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back soon.

I've been here a few times, but this year was my first time attending their Free Comic Book Day…read moreevent. Granted, it was later in the day, but there was still a line out the door. Despite that, Ryan's Comics had a Very organized system for getting people their oh so desperately needed free comics. Their organization made what would've been an utter hassle (I hate lines), into something that resembled a fun experience. Fans were dressed up which lent to the fun atmosphere and the security guard they had on hand could've easily been a jerk, but instead was pretty nice while maintaining order in the line. I got my free comics, took a look at the line to purchase stuff, and left thinking to myself that I would return... and return I did. The shop is really neat and clean. They make good use of their floor space to make different merch accessible with out coming off as cluttered. When I came into the store, there were 3 guys at the counter playing some ccg. I needed to ask a question about a certain comic, so I approached the counter. I've done this in the past at other comic book shops, so I was fully expecting to deal with half-covered sighs and rolled eyes for daring to interrupt their game. Boy was I ever wrong! They stopped their game, gave me loads of information on the TPB I was looking to get, and even told me to check in on Yelp for a discount while remaining friendly the whole time. Now that's great service! Even though it's a little out of my way, I'm pretty sure I can find more than a few reasons to make my way over to Ryan's Comics.
