I used their financing option, which was a huge plus because they allow early payoff (exactly what I was looking for, especially since my credit isn't great). Paco, their delivery guy, had everything at my house within two hours -- seriously impressive. He removed my old appliances into the garage for me and fully set up the washer and dryer himself (water hookups, gas hookup, all of it). He was done in under 30 minutes and did an amazing job. He said "no not here and our managers wouldn't have said that because we don't do that".
