    They need a better pharmacy the staff need to smile more and also extreme long lines and wait time this is ridiculous.

    I came in to fill a prescription for a nebulizer after calling to make sure they had one in stock…read more A lady answered and advised me they did, but she wasn't sure if my health insurance covered it but to come on in. Her name began with an L. (Lori? Or something). Kelly began assisting me while the L lady helped her process it, and it seemed as if she were in training. They were both Very nice and very professional. In the end, it turned out that my insurance would not cover it, but including tax, it was only $41.00. I already had the medication to go inside, and each urgent care visit co-pay is $50.00, so it was still a win for me. I am not happy with Walmart Pharmacy, so I am considering bringing my business here. Thank you, ladies, for making a stressful situation less stressful for me. You are appreciated! Ps: they sell Tussin. Lol. I swear that makes me laugh and think of Chris Rock every time I see it.

One the first off as I walked into Inland Pharmacy it had been greeted by pharmacist tech took care of my transfer my prescriptions for myself and my husband. They are about my family care. I felt like I was back in time when pharmacists cared for patients care. Nothings is over priced and they care. They call you just to remind you to refill. Very professional also with that feeling of patient care. Excellent always highly recommend. Have to always take care of family own business. Keep corporate out of my neighborhood.

I sent a text to CVS today about a prescription cost. They called me back within five minutes. I was amazed! Thank you to Brenda, who was very helpful, kind and who is a true asset to CVS PHARMACY on Stetson. Brenda you ARE appreciated!!!!     ZERO STARS! I was sent here because a package of mine was…read moredelivered to this store. When I asked about it, they couldn't find it up front so they sent me to ask the Pharmacy. So I waited in line, asked the Pharmacy if they had the package. One of the women was very helpful, she looked but could not find it. So she went over to who I'm assuming was a shift lead because she asked her about the package and if the person who received it could be contacted. I was told "Claudia", the person who received the package, would be contacted. So I walked around the store for 48 minutes, went back to the pharmacy to see if they had gotten ahold of Claudia. I politely said "excuse me" to the rude employee that acted as a shift lead. She ignored me. Deliberately. So I gave her a few minutes before trying again. When I saw eye contact I asked "Is there any chance you guys got ahold--" she cut me off and said "Idk. They're calling now" But I didn't hear her, so I said "what?" Cut me off again "I DONT KNOWWWW THEYRE CALLING RIGHT NOW!!!!!" So I stood back, gave her another few mins then asked if it was the first time or second time calling. Because if it was the first attempt, I was just going to go home, I had been there for an hour now with both of my toddlers. She cut me off again and said "I DONT KNOW!!!!!!!!" So that's when I finally snapped back. "I understand you might be busy but I've been here waiting" She yelled that I'm entitled and need to get out of the store. THEN, proceeded to come out of the door and charge at me while I had both of my children with me and proceeded to call my children "Stupid ass kids". DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR!!! She needs to be fired. My children who are 3 & 4 years old had nothing to do with her terrible customer service. It wasn't OUR fault that someone got that package. I gave them over an hour to contact Claudia and I was polite up until she yelled at me twice. I told her I would be calling corporate on her and she CHASED ME while I was in my car. SHE CHASED MY CAR!! Check the cameras.
