    Awesome service. Very fast turnaround. We had out of the area insurance and they handled it no problem. Definitely recommend.

    Horrible and Distrubing…read more I am writing this to share a deeply disappointing experience regarding the standard of care and professional conduct at this facility, specifically involving Dr. Jennifer Chiriano. Communication & Scheduling Failures My issues began long before the actual appointment. Following an epidural steroid injection in January that unfortunately increased my pain levels, I attempted to follow up multiple times. My appointments were repeatedly rescheduled, and my messages went unreturned. I was eventually forced to visit the office in person just to secure a date, which is an unacceptable hurdle for a patient in pain. Lack of Transparency Upon finally arriving for my appointment on March 9th, I was met with two significant surprises: Telemedicine without Notice: I was not informed that the consultation would be via video conference. I do not typically establish new patient-provider relationships via telemedicine and would have preferred to reschedule had I been given the choice. Unclear Testing Protocols: I was told a drug test was mandatory to see the doctor. When I questioned this--as I do not receive narcotics from this facility and was previously told by Dr. Mercy that testing was unnecessary--the staff claimed it was a "California requirement." This felt coercive rather than transparent. Professional Misconduct: Dr. Jennifer Chiriano My interaction with Dr. Chiriano was the most concerning aspect of the visit. From the start, her tone was condescending and dismissive. When I attempted to discuss my concerns regarding the urinalysis, she repeatedly interrupted me and at one point asked, "Well, that is policy, what are you going to do?" Her demeanor felt unprofessional and biased. As a patient, I expect to have my questions addressed with respect, not met with assumptions or a "take it or leave it" attitude. I ultimately had to terminate the interaction due to her behavior. Concerns for the Veteran Community As a veteran, I find the lack of sensitivity and the breakdown in communication at this office alarming. Veterans often require a higher level of understanding and clear, honest communication regarding their care protocols. Conclusion: I have notified the VA of this incident and requested that I not be scheduled with Dr. Chiriano again. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to ensure that future patients--especially those who have served--are treated with the dignity and transparency they deserve. I have yet to talk to a representative to get any closure concerning this. There quality control and care for correction is very telling of the service they provide.
