They are very welcoming and friendly every time I come in to shop. They provide excellent customer service and make sure you have a great in store shopping experience. The store is not too small or too big it's the perfect size Sephora! They have all my favorites brands! Some items that were out of stock at my home store Sephora which is Sephora Calabasas, which is a very small Sephora that the items I want are always are out of stock are hard to find at my home Calabasas Sephora and my nearby Sephora's such as, (Topanga, Westlake, and Tarzana) they had all the products that were out of stock back home here at Sephora Palm Springs, so I purchased them all at my recent trip in Palm Springs. Sephora Palm Springs has all of my favorite brands and they 50% off select products and have Holiday sales as well. The best part is their Working On My Desert Glow mural to take cute photos when you come to shop there and take cute pics with your Sephora shopping bag or cute outfits photos in front of the wall. It is my favorite photo mural wall to take photos in front of every time I come to Palm Springs! I made three Sephora Palm Springs trips on my recent Palm Springs trip I just got back home from, and I have a good little haul I bought back home to Calabasas too from Sephora Palm Springs! I will always be a returning Sephora Palm Springs client when I go back to the desert on vacation again! In conclusion, I 100% recommend shopping at Sephora Palm Springs and asking for Julia!

I get an immediate migraine, and the smell clings to my clothing long after I leave. I can only imagine how difficult it must be for the employees who are exposed to it all day. It is awful!

I've wanted this surgery all my life, ignoring the upper half of my body in all aspects, but I'm scared of change. Even if I'm not content with something, the unknown is very scary for me. From the very beginning, MaKael has been my rock. She is incredibly informative and never once made me feel rushed or judged. I tend to overthink and stress myself out with endless Google searches, but she calmed me a million times over. She was quick to respond (even calling me on her day off when I was anxious) and always gave me clear, honest answers without fluff. She has a way of articulating exactly what I was thinking and truly held my hand through the process, both figuratively and literally. I came in 3-4 times for sizing because I just couldn't make a decision, and she never once lost patience. She took all the time I needed and made me feel completely at ease. Honestly, she is the reason this process has been so easy and reassuring. Aja, the pre-op assistant, has also been wonderful. She called me multiple times before surgery to go over the process, and when we met in person, she was just as lovely, warm, and reassuring. The instructions she gave me to prepare for surgery were so simple, clear, and easy to follow that I felt confident and ready instead of overwhelmed. I also appreciate that I was able to meet with the doctor multiple times before surgery. He was consistently honest, confident, and realistic with my expectations. What I love most is that I still get to sit down with him one final time before surgery to discuss sizing and details again. Nothing has ever felt rushed. I'm admittedly the classic indecisive patient, not about having surgery itself, but about what would best fit my frame, and they have gone above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable with every decision. On top of that, I normally go to a med spa in Orange County for my Botox and fillers, and when I mentioned I was considering this surgeon, they immediately knew of him and reassured me that I was making a great choice. That outside validation gave me even more confidence moving forward. If you are even considering a procedure, even if you aren't sure, I can't recommend this team enough. Having people like MaKael supporting you makes all the difference. She has turned what could have been a stressful, intimidating journey into one where I feel cared for, understood, and completely confident. I will update this review with my recovery and results in a few weeks, and again in a few months once everything has settled. But for now, I can honestly say I couldn't be happier with the process leading up to tomorrow. I'm so grateful to this team for making such a big decision feel safe and supported. I can hear for a little filler for my birthday, I just wanted to look a little lifted. I received an appointment with a nurse who was clearly very busy, no shade. I had originally intended to spend $600 on myself, it was specifically set aside as I keep a very tight budgeting for my expenses. (much like anyone else, I have responsibilities). During my appointment my nurse evaluated what I wanted and then proceeded to inject, blowing past my inquiry in regard to what I would be charged. I was charged $1200, and unfortunately I had spoken to someone over the phone later who emphasized with my problem, offered me a skincare treatment, and then never got back to me. I'm disappointed that this office that I very much enjoyed and appreciated didn't handle this in a more honest, and professional manner.

Most of the merchandise here in my opinion are leftovers products that didn't do well and are being sold to be gotten rid of. When I wanted to see the actual color, I got yelled at by one of the employees. She snuck up on me, which scared me, and told me I couldn't open the packages in a very rude tone. I told her OK and spent another 1.5hours in the store browsing. When I was done I guess it was her turn to ring me up and she refused to. She was asked by another employee to ring me up and she shook her head and said "Nope". Wow. At that point I wanted to ask her what is her problem but I decided not to. I'll just never return to this store. Two stars for the product and some of the employees who were somewhat helpful. I forgot my pizza box when I left the store and although I wanted to return to get it I didn't because that one employee made me feel very uncomfortable to even come back. The gorgeous holiday decorations with bright red cardinals nesting on lush garlands in the window caught my attention and drew me in. Once inside, there were more stunning holiday arrangements, each put together with such flair. As my eye wandered around the boutique, I realized the entire store was as thoughtfully designed, each detail well thought out giving the boutique a cohesive look to match the Brand promise and experience. Can you tell I'm a marketing professional? The "deli counter" greets you when you walk in, a whimsical play on the store's name and a great visual to emphasize the freshness of the product's ingredients, although they don't require refrigeration. The woman working that day was incredibly friendly, so appreciative of my flattery for the stores design and holiday decor. She explained the concept behind the products and how they are created to nourish the skin without the need for preservatives and chemicals. There was no pressure at all to purchase. She put together a package of samples, which I really appreciated. When it comes to lotions, creams and perfumes, I need to sample and live with them for a few days to determine if they work for my skin. As soon as I got home I tried the blueberry fusion cleanser. Not only did it smell divine, my skin felt wonderful. I also applied a scrub, something I hadn't done in years, truth be told. Then finished with a melon scented peptides gel. It felt like I had a professional facial! Products can be ordered online so don't worry if you don't live in an area where they have a store. But if you do live in Palm Desert, I encourage you to visit The Body Deli for a personalized experience and personal samples. I'll visit every time I'm in town! And for ordering, online is super easy.
