I called in a order today (a Friday) and it was an expired prescription and it needed to have physician authorization... I thought for sure I wouldn't get it until Monday but it worked out...it got compounded and sent over to the pharmacy today same service within a few hours... Wow! Great Job!

Moose the pharmacist greeted me with a big smile and with my prescriptions promptly ready; he is knowledgeable, caring and pleasant. The service and care provided at Medville pharmacy is rarely found these days and most certainly not at the big box pharmacies who are becoming increasing difficult to work with. Unfortunately I didn't make the switch to Medville until I encountered problems at the big box pharmacy. Moose will also review your supplements to make sure there's no duplicates, you're taking what you need and they're prices are less expensive then elsewhere, delivery is also available. No more dealing with rouge pharmacist's, questioning why your doctor prescribed medications, or saying you don't need the medication. If it hasn't happened yet, give it time, it will. If you're looking for personal, hassle-free service stop by Medville, you won't be disappointed with Moose the pharmacist.

The older woman, devoid of any warmth, couldn't be bothered to crack a smile. When I asked about a conditioner product, she responded with icy disdain. We kept on, hoping the younger woman would be more helpful. No such luck. The younger woman, with her curt attitude and short blonde hair looked at us visibly disgusted by us and our hair product questions. Her one-word responses made it clear she had no interest in helping. It was as if she wanted to withhold information, ensuring we felt stupid for not knowing about hair products. As she walked away, she exchanged eye rolls with her coworker, blissfully unaware that my sister was part of our group. When confronted, she defensively claimed, "This is my face. People have faces." While we were exiting she threw in that she is autistic for good measure to try to somehow defend her horrible actions. CosmoProf, take note: Your employees are actively driving customers away. I had to go to another hair supply store to finish my shopping. When I told the woman working about my experience she said it happens every day that someone comes in talking about how unprofessional and rude they are over at cosmo prof. How embarrassing. On top of all that, all of my products came missing the safety seal that is suppose to be on all products
