At 11am the S.A. comes over unlocks the door and walks away immediately. She clearly saw us standing there and couldn't be bothered to actually push the door open to let us know. I mean, it would've required an extra 2 seconds of effort. I almost wanted to leave at this point but I really needed my shampoo. Inside, there were about 10 SAs just hanging around, chatting amongst themselves. Got my shampoo and got in line to pay (had to wait of course because there was only 1 person behind the counter and the 9 others were busy chatting). I used to come here a lot, but I really don't enjoy shopping here anymore. I'm either ignored, or heaven forbid I ask something, they don't know the answer.
