absolutely terrible my poor grandmother. her oxygen machine has went out before but they "fixed"…read moreit. and in the middle of the night last night it stopped. she tried to call these people they didn't answer her so she called me at 5AM it is 7AM as of now. she was confused. the number is very hard to call and get to what is needed. she was very confused i don't know how she got to the number. then i showed up she was hooked up to the oxygen she uses for when she leaves the house to hold her off until they fix it. i'm not sure how she even remembered that she was so confused. i made sure to call, they had me on hold for 41 mins. and after about 15 mins of talking to a person on the phone THEY HUNG UP. i completely understand it's early and i also understand workers have to sleep as well but we should have a 24 hr line. imagine if this was someone living by themselves and no other oxygen source? they would have died. absolutely terrible. it's just not acceptable at all. she tried texting the bot as well it was too complicated . then i texted the bot while i was on hold waiting for a person to answer. "911 been on hold for 10 mins and my machine is down" it said "sorry i couldn't find a good answer to your question. click below to start a chat." i understand it's AI generated but still. i would never wish this on anyone's family. if you have a family member that's getting older DO NOT, DO NOTTT go to this place. they don't help you when it's needed.

After you sent a man name Luis Gomez to deliver medical equipment on a Saturday evening. Luis Gomez super nice guy super patient listening to what we had to do helping us to fit and adjust him to his new bedside equipment. Even though my step dad asked him questions over and over Luis remained very professional and very helpful and very caring about my pops well-being. Very good bedside manner seems to be a very caring individual even for complete strangers. He waited for us very patiently well we helped adjust pops in to his chair. The family would like to say an extra thank you to Luis Gomez for having a heart being helpful and patient with us during our brief encounter. You appear to be a great person and a very valuable employee for apria healthcare and their company reputation hinges on guys like you. I sincerely hope that your upper management is able to read this message and at minimum tell you thank you for being an awesome very important part of your company and their reputation for excellent service.
