Came in to this Walgreens to get myself the flu shot, compliments of the Army(thank you). The staff is nice and pretty helpful. Like any other Pharmacy there's that kind of long wait when it comes to getting any kind of prescription so I was already anticipating the wait for my shot. This was actually my first time ever getting a flu shot at a store like this. I usually get it when I attend my monthly military drills. The cashier at the pharmacy was very nice and helped me out pretty quick. The pharmacists that gave me the shot was very nice and professional. There are not that many flu shot givers out there that can avoid any kind of sensation but Fernando did a good job. The only thing I must address is the store maintenance and cleanliness. The Patient Health Room had trash and didn't seem that clean. Same goes for the store as a whole. Overall this is a nice Walgreens and wouldn't mind coming back if ever I need another flu shot.

They don't answer the pharmacy calls they pick up and put it back on hold been waiting for almost 2 hours on hold

On the day of my appointment, the stylist called and asked me to come in early because she had double booked herself. I agreed and showed up early, only to be handed off to a completely different person who tried to pass herself off as the stylist I originally booked with. That alone felt dishonest and unprofessional. The second time, I booked the same service with a different stylist, thinking it was a one-off issue. Once again, I received a call saying she was double booked and needed to reschedule. Both times, I was told it was because they had hair appointments that took priority. So I have to ask--are eyebrow services not worth their time or money? Because that's exactly how this made me feel. This has now happened twice, and I'm furious. Salon services should not be treated as disposable or less important, especially when customers plan ahead and adjust their schedules to accommodate the staff. I will never come here again for any salon service. And if this weren't the only Ulta in town, I wouldn't come here at all. Do not book salon appointments here unless you're okay with being canceled on last minute. This location clearly prioritizes money over basic respect for customers.

I came in and advised the person that I needed two packages of virgin hair 18, 20, 22 in natural black. He suggested one brand of hair, I asked about others and he said that this brand was the best. I'm no expert, so ok. I check out and leave and notice in the car that he gave me a 16, 18, 20 and a 18, 20, 22. I called then went back into the store and he noted that the person will probably not use all of the hair, so I'll be ok, and because only one bundle is shorter. So, I'm on my way to the appointment, and notice that he gave me one natural black, the shorter set, and the longer set (which I need for the style) was the wrong color, a reddish brown. I called him and he said I could bring it back for a refund, but I would miss my (very expensive) appointment about 40 miles away. I got the install with the longer (red) hair and it looked horrible with my hair color and the red. I then had to dye my whole head, but the reddish bundles would not take the color, so now I'm going to have to take this out and have it redone with new hair after 1 week. Can't image a worse customer experience for a company that claims to specialize in this area.

First time coming in until this Walgreens. There was a bit of a wait because of the high volume of…read morecustomers. I had to wait about 30 minutes to get my booster shot. There's about 10 people in total that I saw that they were helping. Out of the 10 people one lady was the rudest one of all of them. It amazes me how people are so rude entitled and lack compassion. All the girls at the pharmacy were super nice and really polite. This ladies seriously got upset because they asked for the name twice and how the last name was spelled. After that the pharmacist asked her for the date of birth.This lady really got upset because of that lol ma'am have you ever been to a pharmacy to pick up a prescription? She started questioning the pharmacist why did they need so much information. Well I need the information so they can double check it's you and they give you the correct medication. She aggressively responded with " i'm picking this medication up for my client!" I just sat there and kept laughing at this shit show. The pharmacist handled herself very well. She politely asked her for the information and explain to her that it's to make sure that she had the correct medication for the correct patient. The lady literally got upset because she didn't all the birthday of her "client". I used to pick up my grandfather's prescription when he was still here with us. I knew his full name his date of birth and obviously our address. Do you don't need to be a rocket scientist to go pick up some medication. Also the mask and plexiglass doesn't help. You have to speak up a little in order for the person to hear you because you sound muffled. I honestly felt sorry for the girl because this lady was this so complicated and rude. I got my booster and was treated nicely. Overall they were really nice super professional and I will definitely be coming back to this Walgreens. People need need to be more considerate and have patience.

Over the past several years, the level of customer service has declined significantly. Many of the pharmacists and staff who were consistently kind and helpful are no longer there, and the experience has changed. My biggest concern is my elderly mother's prescriptions. I use the pharmacy app, receive notifications that her medications are ready, and confirm that I will pick them up. Too often, when I arrive, I'm told a medication is out of stock, not actually ready, or that I need to come back later that day or even another day. This has resulted in multiple unnecessary trips to the pharmacy, sometimes four or more in a single weekend. What concerns me most is that my mother is 84 years old and depends on these medications. Delays in filling or releasing prescriptions can leave older patients without medications they rely on. Even when there is a legitimate reason for a delay, the communication has often been poor, and the interactions have felt dismissive rather than compassionate. I understand that pharmacies face staffing shortages, insurance requirements, inventory issues, and many challenges that customers don't always see. However, elderly patients deserve timely communication, respectful treatment, and every reasonable effort to avoid unnecessary interruptions in their medication. I sincerely hope this location can improve its customer service and communication because it was once a pharmacy I trusted. I would like to see it become that pharmacy again.
