It did take awhile but I have long hair. My stylist was super knowledgeable and helped me make an informed decision on going with the color I originally wanted vs her suggestion based on my concerns of wanting to keep my hair healthy. She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. Will come back.

Now I'm driving to Perris to purchase products since they closed down location in Hemet Mall. Back in December, I accidentally left my wallet on counter while picking up an on-line order and according to surveillance cameras, they say I didn't, but I know I did. Either their employee took it or the lady behind me did. Of course, since it had a little over $150 and a Dooney & Burke wallet, of course, they didn't want to return it. Honestly, I didn't care about the cards, stamps or money, I just wanted my DL. if it was their worker, I am not one to sue anyone and if it was the lady behind me that they choose to protect such negligence. Shame on them! Warning to all shoppers, don't trust the staff, they have no integrity for their consumers.

The clasp came apart about 2 weeks after purchasing it. I asked to exchange and Steve the manager/owner said for $10.00 I could. I told him I didn't want to spend more money and The same thing possibly happen again. He told me he wouldn't exchange it. I even asked if I could get a basic case, not a wallet one so I could get something for the $25.00. He said no he wasn't giving me anything for "free." I told him that was messed up, that I shop there all the time and the woman worker knows me. He stopped talking to me and picked up the phone when I was showing him how the clasp was obviously a defect. He actually called security on me! Lol. Security was really nice, and was very sympathetic. I asked Steve one last time to help me out and he just Ignored me, he wouldn't even look at me. He was really rude. So I just want others to be aware of their no exchanges policy, even if you get a defected case. Bummer, now I'm out $25.00 and no case. Guess shopping locally and helping small businesses isn't all it's cracked up to be. I will definitely go back to the mall, just won't be spending my money at Mimi's cell zone.

These pictures were taken on a Saturday and the attendance here was abysmal. Hemet Valley Mall is a reminder of how city officials have failed the citizens of this town and refuse to bring in and support new businesses. The city said they would put a second story, never happened. They also said they'd build a new iteration of this mall a couple miles away, never happened. Here we are years later and nothing has improved nor happened. It's a damn shame that this mall was remodeled as some of the last surviving businesses NEED support but the city is not given these hard workers the time of day. The main businesses that are popping are Hobby Lobby, Magic Brow, Hot Topic, and JCPenney, that's it. Yes, not even Claire's is bringing people in. Years ago, when people still had hope in expanding or getting a "new mall" this mall was pretty busy... not anymore. It's depressing coming in here and the fact that malls are on their way out in certain parts of America, doesn't help this awful situation. I will never totally hate on this mall as I've had good times during community college here and it's super clean. The restrooms here are a lifesaver! If you're in Hemet I will not discourage coming as there's businesses to be supported. However, I want to be honest with you about the current climate of this mall. Oh and you can find good deals every so often!

I called from out of state to send flowers to my sister for her birthday and the nicest lady took…read moremy order. She was funny and sweet and made my day. So often people don't even try to connect. She had me laughing and it was so nice!! She told me at the end of the call she would "make something beautiful " and she did not let me down. A few hours later I got a text and pictures of an amazing arrangement with balloons! she made my sisters day and mine !! Next time I go to visit Hemet I will be looking for this shop!! Keeping them in my contacts! Great prices and such great service!
