Swan had very poor communication skills. I drove 4 hours to get my eyebrows done, for him to just turn me away for arriving 10 minutes late due to MULTIPLE accidents happening on the freeway. He blamed me for not "planning". My initial confirmed appointment time was at 5PM. I live 100 miles away and Google estimated it taking 2.5 hours. I was able to leave work early for the day of my appointment, so the day before, I asked if I could move my time to 4PM so we could finish earlier. He said yes. The day of my appointment I left my house at 1PM. I texted him at 1:30PM after I got onto the freeway and Google updated my time of arrival to 4:54PM (basically 5PM) due to gridlock traffic, he gave no response. After 4 hours of battling traffic, I was stuck behind more slow traffic on the two lane highway that leads to his location in Hemet, the new ETA was 10 minutes after my appointment time. I texted him at 4:50PM letting him know that I would get there in 20 minutes (5:10PM). He suddenly bombarded me texts saying that I should've rescheduled if I knew that I couldn't make it, and that he had been waiting since 3:30PM. I was in traffic when he texted this, so I called him immediately because I'm like 10 minutes away at this point and just drove 4 hours. He ignored all 4 of my calls. I finally get there at 5:09PM and call again, he finally picks up. He meets me outside and leads me to his salon. He starts berating me and saying that he cant do my eyebrows, I should have planned better and other clients come from LA and are on time. I explained that there were multiple accidents and Google changed the time of arrival while I was already driving. I told him that my original appointment was at 5PM anyway, I only changed to 4PM because I was able to get off work early. HOw can I plan for multiple accidents after leaving 3 hours early already for the (4pm appt), without the accidents I would have been there at 3:30PM. So he calms down after I explain all of this, and he acts like he will do my eyebrows. He keeps throwing sassy comments like, "oh I see you had time for makeup". Even though I put on makeup at 6AM for work... Then, after I explain what I want for my eyebrows he says, "Oh, I'm not sure if this will work for you, a pencil will give you the bold look that you like, the tattoo will fade away" Basically making it seem like his services are a waste of time and money ($800). Even though I sent him photos of my bare eyebrows and what I liked a month before and he said that he could achieve that permanently with only a color enhancement in a few years. Then he draws on a template eyebrow and I said that I liked it and lets do it, and he says, " you can draw on your own eyebrow and I can just tattoo it on, I've never drawn an eyebrow like that in my life"... It was a basic eyebrow. Then he says, yeah unfortunately I wont be able to accommodate you today, you can reschedule. Why would I reschedule and risk this happening again, its not like I can predict accidents. And that was that, Wasted half of my day driving for nothing. read more

I had a bit of mixed feelings overall. I think its always important to have a proper introduction and greeting towards your new clients. I felt like my business was not wanted, I completely understand about going home and giving it some thought on design of eyebrows and time, to make sure of what i really want. I asked swan about scheduling my next appointment. Swan responded by saying "I will get back to you". I would think that you would appoint your client for future treatment in order to maintain them. Don't go to Hailey for lash extensions! She is not trained well and is only using you to practice. At this point, her professional skills are non-existent. I'm questioning if she even has a valid license, or she is only taking advantage of the handy opportunity to hang out in her aunt's business. Hailey doesn't understand how the lash extension process is done. She does not know what she is doing. She glued together my right eyelids, so I could not open my eye after the process. Then, she took about 15 minutes to unstick the lashes. She used scissors or razors to cut some of my own lashes off. During the process, she used an excessive amount of glue, which hardened on my lashes into sharp-edged crystals. She didn't know where to put the glue, so the lashes she attached rotated out of place, turned downward, and obscured my vision. When wearing lash extensions, you should not see the lashes hovering in front of your eyes, nor should the lashes irritate your eyes in any way. My eyes were red within the first hour of leaving her practice. Soon after, I had bloodshot eyes. The lashes could not be combed into a desirable order due to the ton of glue on them. Since this was the first (and definitely the last) time I saw Hailey, I brought a sample-look lashes that I have been wearung during the pandemic, so as to guide her with my preferred shape and lengths of lashes. She seemed appreciative of the sample at the beginning, but then, she completely ignored what I wanted. When I called her out on that, she looked at the sample and said "Oh yeah." She told me to let her make an immediate correction, so I accepted the offer. When she was done, the whole thing looked even more awful. Big gaps between lashes. Abrupt and non-gradual changes in length. In spite of the visual disarray of my lashes, however, my complaint against the result is not due to aesthetic reasons. If Hailey would know how to do this job well, I could work with her over several visits on developing the shape that best suits me. Unfortunately, Hailey had given me no good reason to trust her ever again. False advertisement: Forever Natural! - There is nothing natural in Hailey's results. Hailey is exceptionally bad at doing lash extensions, so she should not be advertised as top-notch. She is a student...and not a good one at that. Her results don't reach even the bare minimum standards. You pay a premium price for a very poor outcome. The salon itself is not concerned with providing value to the customer. Otherwise, they would prohibit Hailey from practicing there. Tina, the owner, has a philosophy that the provider must get paid for her time. However, the client should receive outstanding service for the outstanding price, which couldn't happen under Hailey's lack of skills and lack of care. I was offered that Hailey would redo my lashes a few days later, but that was unacceptable to me because I was terrified of going back to her. To Tina I can only say that if you want to make up for a botched-up work by Hailey, don't send me back to her. Give me the best lash professional you got, and I'll be happy with the premium price. I went to this salon with the sincere intention of becoming a long-term patron of a small business. I got badly burnt. Since the owner took no adequate responsibility for Hailey's terrible work and incompetence, I had to pay another full price for emergency intervention by another professional elsewhere that removed the bungled lashes and applied new ones. I have been wronged by Hailey and Forever Natural. I am leaving this review to help potential clients to avoid a Hailey disaster. I've been coming here for the past 3 months now (for lash extensions) and both Tina and Hailey are simply ...the BEST!! My lashes look so great that I can't stop taking selfies after every session they both pay attention to what I really want and apply the extensions perfectly. These ladies are truly experts. This review is long overdue, first off I love Tina! She's super attentive, asks what you want and executes it. The first time I got my individual eyelash extensions took about 2 1/2 hours but I would have never known being that Tina is so easy to talk too and time just flies. She does an amazing job and she goes beyond to make sure your lashes are amazing. Every time I go I look forward to not only my amazing lashes but her company as well. Totally different and much welcomed experience for lashes. Tina was so easy to talk to and really listened to what I wanted. I don't wear makeup when I go to work so I am particular about having natural looking lashes with just a bit of drama for when I want to go out. Tina was able to give me the look I desired. Experience... First time in to see Tina based on recommendation from one of her clients who had really nice lashes. When I step in her place, she immediately greeted me. Her salon is really cute. After introductions, she proceeded to show me a display which had the different lengths and thickness of the lashes she offered. She also has a book from which you can see examples of her previous work. After selecting the lashes, I was led to the table to begin my service. The process of getting lashes can last as long as 2 hours so I don't exactly look forward to that being on a flat table but I bear it for the outcome. However Tina has an ergonomic table that cradles your body so it was totally comfy. I even dozed off a couple of times. Now I've no newbie to getting lashes but Tina's technique was totally new to me. Not only does she apply the lashes as I normally have done but she then tapes the top part of the lashes so she can adequately adhere lighter lashes to the new natural lashes that were coming in.
