This studio used to be called Locks on Lock but it's now a micro blading brow studio. It probably is a good brow place I wouldn't know. My review is on the remaining hair services by Jacquie. A bad colorist you could walk out with a color you never agreed upon. She was supposed to put medium BLONDE highlights covering some gray but dyed my hair totally brown. From start to finish they have been incredible, helping me choose which services were best for me (I'm a bit of a complicated case with my brows tbh) to coming in for my first appointment and being met with kindness, they were just great. They listened to my concerns, answered every question and the actual appointment was so comfortable it felt like I had been a regular for years. Zero stars. Don't recommend. I went in for micro blading because I had a girl friend recommend them she had pretty brows but it didn't turn out like they said it was going to. I guess it did work for everybody The girls at the shop just scrapped my eye brows put some ink on them didn't trim my eye brows I went home two weeks later it just looked like a had a scab. I had to write a review about this place bc it is always a pleasure to find great service! Serra is a wonderfully talented beauty, who knows it all. With tips, tricks, and exceptional products she makes you leave her salon feeling like a million bucks :-) I have had this lady wax, tan, and do my makeup. She has been my makeup artist for my business photoshoot, making me look amazing. I had this beautiful professional look that made me feel great about my photo shoot. As a woman you can get a little self conscious of your appearance from time to time especially with photos but, Serra's talent with her brushes makes you just feel good about your overall look. Add a tan and some nicely shaped eyebrows, and boom...you have the perfect combination. The products Serra uses are wonderful, the tanning is a beautiful bronze glow, no umpa lumpa. It also smells pretty great too, a plus when you are heading out and about after tanning. The tanning products are also eco friendly, so you are not adding toxins to your skin. The brow waxing is also a nice service, I have been a fan many times. The wax feels nice on your skin and Serra will NEVER burn you! I have had some girls place extremely hot wax on me so I am cautious of waxing. With Serra you can rest assure that you will get great looking brows without the danger. At the end of this review I would like to add that I am a wedding planning, I have referred Serra to clients because I personally know what great work she does and love the customer service. I trust Serra in what she does and have worked with her on a bridal photo shoot which was published in Pretty Pear Bride. Working with businesses like Serra's is a must in my industry. I have had microblading before (3D eyebrows) YEARS ago when (I think) technology was a bit different. I loved my previous brows as they looked very natural but the hair strokes were a little bit thicker and the shape wasn't my "dream" eyebrow shape. Since years went by, they did fade quite a bit and I decided to try someone new as I moved away from the other place and the hair strokes were thicker. I was referred to 111 and looked at their work on Instagram and went for my first visit today. I am ecstatic, over-the-moon, and excited to have had such professionals work on my eyebrows! This time was different, they attached a ruler to my face (where the other place didn't) and drew an outline so they could achieve the perfect shape. I had a picture which they used as inspiration for what I had in mind. Also, both girls took turns and they worked as a team which I found interesting and super cool. I thought it was going to be as painful as the first time but it surprisingly didn't even hurt. When the girls were finished I looked in the mirror and I almost cried tears of happiness. I've always been self conscious of my super blonde brows and this shape really compliments my face and brings out my eyes.
