Had a service done on my brows with Vanessa, first time phenomenal job! Second time I got home and had a mini panic attack. I debated on leaving this review, but after careful consideration and not even an apology (I didn't ask for a refund so that was the least that could have been done) I decided to leave this review and cancel my next appt with her. So please go at your own risk....the artist was nice and very professional so I trusted her technique. When I messaged her and sent her pictures she said she didn't touch the tail end of my brows and explained that this was due to a brow trim? I didn't know a trim removed hair ? well you can be the judge of that. First picture the left was after I left and the right was before going, second picture is when I left her place the first time, compared to this visit on the right. If a client sends a message right after a service with concerns, then it's in good nature as a business owner to at least apologize because obviously the client isn't happy, when you reply with a defense response AFTER sending pictures that's in very poor taste in my opinion. Thankfully brows do grow and makeup has done wonders but I paid to get a tint and wax to a avoid having to do this and save time in the mornings before work, needless to say that did not happen because I am having to work on them every morning until they grow out. read more

Came here and had my lashes done a few times. Their service here is excellent and my lash tech was Bri. She has a gentle hand and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The first time, I had volume hybrid lashes that looked absolutely phenomenal! The fills was easy and the next time I came in, I had a classic set which looked equally well. The reason for the three star review has nothing to do with the service, but the product itself. By the end of the two weeks, nearly 75% of the extensions had fallen out (the first two times) and almost all had fallen out the third time. I don't know if it was due to the lashes being heavy, the glue or the technique but $140 per set and $70for the fill twice a month is a bit expensive. I would expect the product to last a little longer for that cost. read more

Yet another business in Temecula that has the ability to take credit cards - yet only wants CASH. Not venmo, CASH. Just add a fee to cover the credit card fees...all I can imagine is that they are not reporting income to the IRS on their taxes. This is definitely a recurring theme here in Temecula. I ended up cancelling my appointment and the $25 fee collected from me WITH A CREDIT CARD was kept. I was texted a day before my appointment with a message telling me to have CASH. Especially, during Covid - CASH is a disgusting way to pay and could transmit Covid. I don't keep cash on me, because I manage my finances with my credit cards, so I can keep track of my spending. Legitimate businesses take credit cards and I can only imagine how unsanitary and disgusting this place is with all the cash touching hands that are touching people's eyes during a PANDEMIC..... She was getting her lashes done by Jaclyn while I got mine done by a new girl named Maggie. This was my first time getting my lashes done so I was very excited. During the process Maggie was going over all of the steps that she was going to take for my lashes. In the middle of leaving the product on she went to go check a customer in... while leaving the product on. My eyes were burning and itching but I didn't think anything of it too much because this was my first time so I thought it was normal. She then came over and took everything off and showed me my lashes. They were OVER-PROCESSED AND DAMAGED. My lashes were curling into my eye lid. It looked like I had no lashes!! It was the worst experience of my life. I went over to my best friend and saw how beautiful and long her lashes were and asked why mine weren't looking like hers. Jaclyn took a look at my lashes and told me to come back so she could try to relax them. Maggie then had the audacity to text my best friend to ask if we were going to pay! Why would I pay for the lash lift that now I have to try and get removed! I came back to have Jaclyn fix them and she did the best you could do with fried lashes. Maggie had ruined my lashes. For the next 3-4 weeks my lashes were curling into each other! Falling out!! AND DAMAGED! I came back today to try and fix them more. My lashes even now are too fried and still over processed to do anything with. I haven't been able to wear mascara on them without them curling into each other. Without anything on my lashes they curl into my eye lid and into each other! If you come here I would highly recommend to not get Maggie. Feel like I wasted $150 on a lash lift. Spent almost an hour in the chair only to have the girl doing my lashes not talk to me at all , smack her gum in my ear , not walk me through the process, or give me an sort of after care directions. Usually when you get a service done you are offered a mirror to see how you like it , but when we were done she just walked away and said okay your done ! When I got to my car I was able to look at them and was so disappointed, my lashes looked exactly the same, I even paid for a lashlift with tint . What a bummer :( read more

I arrived for a 10 am appointment at 9:55. My husband expected just as last time I would be done in 30 min and seeing as it's the weekend before Christmas we have a lot to do because we work a lot of hours all week and we're unable to accomplish anything until the weekends so he was waiting for me to be done. 42 min in, I only had been taped and got pads put on, and my eyelashes brushed. I know the time because I had to ask due to being irritated just hearing the tapping of her nails on her phone the entire time while I lay there with nothing being done. By that time, the tape had started to irritate my eyes, and I kept trying to itch it. By the fourth time I tried itching I was finally asked if I was OK, and she removed the tape and commented on my irritated eyes. She then asked if I had all my Christmas shopping done and then I stated no, that's why I'm really feeling the pressure today because we have a lot to do and very little time due to our schedules, hoping that would jolt her into action and start doing her job! Apparently, I wasn't clear enough in my kind Suttle way, and she proceeded to type away on her phone and ignore the fact that she had a client. In the meantime my back had become very irritated because the beds are uncomfortable and I'm not getting any younger and have issues with my back anyway but I was in one position for far too long and became extremely uncomfortable. I had to get up and move my leg pillow under my back. Thus, I had to open my eyes, and they began to get more irritated and started to water. Laying there in pain, it took everything in me not to ask for someone else to finish or if she had an issue because I didn't want backlash or for them to think I was a total Karen! In the meantime, another worker had serviced two clients while I still lay there. Finally, she was done, and I had these weird lashes on the ends, and I had to lay back down in pain and have her remove it. I have been getting my lashes done for 2 1/2 years and never experienced anything like this, and if I had the option to not leave a tip, I wouldn't have. I went in with a mindset of giving her a very nice tip for Christmas and left wishing that I wouldn't have given her one at all! read more

I tried calling several times today but nobody answered, despite them being open. I took a chance and drove from Lake Elsinore to come in and get a gift card for Christmas. The woman was less than friendly and simply told me "we have them but I don't know how to do it". I explained that I don't live close and I drove out for a gift card, but I had tried calling before to avoid this situation. Her response was "Well there's nobody here" and she went back to working on her client without saying anything else. I would have hoped she could have called someone to figure it out since I was there. I can't imagine it would've been that difficult or time consuming. I recently moved from Los Angeles to the Temecula area and had anxiety about finding my lash go to person - the lash gods were in my favor and sent me to Joss who is sooo amazing at what she does. Her technique is so impressive; she is so light and delicate on her hands I don't even know when she is touching only lashes or not. At first glance, and as a first time customer I felt the service was professional and my lashes with Amanda went well. I had an appointment booked for 3 weeks (fill) I only needed to reschedule for a later time, with my sitter (unable to watch kids). I was going to be charged a 50% fee for having to reschedule/cancel the original appt. Now I know this is the policy here, so why go back in forth... I did not. I'm not sure why, you'd charge your customers to come in later, I still want/need my fill. I didn't do a no call no show!! Unnecessary, fees of service. And then there's if your tech is too booked and you like to book with someone else, there is a fee for booking with another lash artist ( I've never heard of that) the key is to helping the customers needs if your booked out let me refill with someone who can assist me, Why charge extra to the customer. But ok... I'm unapologetic! I have small children I planned the service yes, but if something comes up unexpectedly should we/I need to reschedule I don't want to be charged the extra fee. I just found another lash supplier. Run your business for it to work for you. To each it's own! I've been seen by her three times now and she's simply amazing! She's gentle and knows exactly how to make your eyes pop! I drive all the way from riverside just to see my lash lady! The salon itself is beautiful inside and so relaxing! The decor is girly and fun but classy at the same time and you really feel like you're in your own little space when you're getting worked on! I got my lashes done by Sophia, I was so excited to get them done by her because her ig photos showed such great work. I go in for the a classic set and it was beautiful and lasted for more then 3 weeks. I go to get my fill and they never looked the same and then they barley last a week. I've gone several times after, in hopes that it was just a fluke but The work just got worse and worse and I've been getting my lashes done for years so I'm not new to the technique. The first time I got my lashes done by her, I was preparing for a trip to Hawaii and thought it would be a great idea to do this so I wouldn't have to worry about doing my makeup every day. I got my first set of classic lashes. I did everything to baby them, from getting a sleeping mask for lashes, buying their lash shampoo and following care instructions to the T. By day 2 lashes fell out in clumps. It's not even a week since I got them and 90% of my lash extensions are gone. And the ones left are tangled, hard to comb into place lashes. Maybe it's the glue because I'm sure Amanda did a good job. She was nice and thorough. Just wish they had stayed for longer than 2 days. read more

I had my eyebrows microbladed in Aug and a touch up done in September. At my touch up appt, there was no change seen even two days after the procedure. I was bummed bc the initial visit they looked so nice until they started to fade at week 3. Well I scheduled a follow up appt again in Dec (3mo later) to get Ombré done by Amber. Once I was there she advised that I try Microblading again for the more natural and less prominent look..so we did. My only concern is the fading again. Amber applied more thicker hair strokes and a darker shade and they look amazing like the first time. She didn't charge me for the visit retouch since it was so soon. A friend referred me to Amber for microblading. When I booked online, it showed she was about 1 month out on her appointments. Nevertheless, the results my friend had were incredible and I booked my appointment. The salon is beautiful and well lit. Amber gave a warm greeting right away. She spent a lot of time talking with me about what I expected and listened to what I liked and did not like. I even brought color samples of what I generally use on my brows so she could match that up. Honestly, she was so patient with me and spent so much time prepping my brows. She didn't take me to the microblading station until I was completely satisfied. The procedure was quick and painless....of course she did apply numbing creams. The results are beautiful and natural.
