Wow--just wow. I stopped by "The Brow Studio" near Albertsons to ask about waxing since their menu clearly lists both threading and waxing services. I explained that I wanted to bring in my 13-year-old daughter and that waxing would be the better option for her, as she is autistic and would have difficulty sitting still for threading. I was told they don't recommend waxing for her age and, despite my explanation, they refused service altogether. This was really disappointing. I normally get my brows done somewhere else, but I needed to get them done that same day and my usual place had no appointments. I remembered seeing this place and took a chance. I did not have an appointment but they didn't have any other clients when I walked in, so they were able to take me. The place was very clean, and they even sell some cosmetics at very reasonable prices. I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed, and the lady said she could do it, but that it would take her about 15 minutes to heat the wax. I asked her about threading and she said she could do it right away. I was curious, so I agreed. The sensation was a bit strange, but not uncomfortable. It took less than 5 minutes for her to do both brows. The best part was that it was only $14 (before tip)! That's less than half of what I pay at my usual place for a brow wax. The only thing I would say is that while I feel like she did a good cleaning up my brows, they didn't seem as shaped as they do after I get them done at my usual place. However, my daughter commented on how good my eyebrows looked before I even told her I got them done at this place, so maybe it's just me. Masoda did my microblading on my brows today and she did a fantastic job. I was scared to get them done at first but she listened and gave me exactly what I asked for. I am very pleased and I highly recommend her and Sahar the other esthetician who took a lot of time to help me decide on the look I wanted. This is a wonderful studio and they do amazing work! Reviewers such as Jacquelyn should be banned from Yelp due to the fact they write falsifying information and write only one star reviews. To keep it real, I've only been going to Magic Brows for my eyebrow and upper lip needs. I decided to try the Brow Studio after reading the horrible things left on that one star review. Let me also say, if you're going to add a screenshot of supposedly the owners harassing you, make sure there's actual proof and not some made up number. Going back to the review, I love this place. The owner is so kind and professional. I told her my skin is pretty sensitive and cuts easily so she was able to make her hands even lighter to avoid this. Also, she was able to give me a deeper arch which always isn't possible. I love her work here and can only say positive things. To those reading this, take it from someone whose been active on Yelp and writing reviews for years versus some random Yelper who loves to spew toxic words and too embarrassed to speak up with they don't like something. The quality of brow threading here is unbelievable, I've been to others in town prior to coming here for the past few months and let me tell you-not only will you come out of here with fresh even brows, the vibe will make you feel comfortable and at peace. I went to the new location located on Winchester , next to the UPS store and Albertsons. I walked in and was greeted very nicely and felt comfortable! The lady automatically sat me down and asked what I had wanted and she delivered it perfectly. It's hard going to threading places since I have thicker brows and most places actually leave them thick since it looks "nicer". She gave me some nice shaped brows and made sure to measure them so they line up to my face correctly and was very gentle ! She also gave me an upper lip treatment and the whole experience was very positive! I will definitely be returning to also try their other services; this is the new go to! read more

Honestly...Phenomenal services and even better customer service! I took my teenage daughter in for her Eyebrows, she was a little hesitant because she got botched at another eyebrow salon so therefore we are so grateful for the skilled artist at this salon. The artist patiently listened to my daughter and fixed them and left them perfect. We were more than appreciative and happy with the love and care shown because my daughter was about to go in to get her senior pictures taken so this was extremely important to her. Wow wow just wow...I was going to Albertsons but decided to check out this new spot in Murrieta. I read that they were closed on Sundays but was pleasantly surprised to see the salon open. After walking in, I was very warmly greeted by a lovely lady, I was a bit hesitant as I had a horrible wax service done that left me completely horrified and scared to ever let anyone touch my face again but I realized that she is the same lady who helped me a long time ago in Hemet so obviously I was confident and happy because I knew I was in good hands. Now let me tell you...she did not disappoint! She measured my eyebrows and left me with perfectly beautiful even results. I'm a little bit of a wuss when it comes to pain tolerance, thankfully she was extremely gentle and patient with me. I also found out that she came in on her day off just to accommodate a client. Now that's called dedication. On top of that, she was kind enough to make my eyebrows stunningly gorgeous all over again. I love this new brow bar. The owner is sweet, kind and very good at what she does. I have been scorned by other waxers, making my eye brows too arched, or too thin or uneven so I do them myself. For 10 plus years, I always plucked my own eyebrows because I had a terrible experience with a threader. They came out super uneven, no arch, and she didn't even ask me one question. I was dropping something off at UPS and decided to give it a go and get my eyebrows done at The Brow Studio next door and i am soooooo glad I did. First off, Sahar is very friendly, personable, and communicative.
