I consistently have issues at only this location. I have a full bikini pass and added a butt strip and she told me it was $79! Excuse me I have a pass so I told her just add the butt strip, then she tells me it's $25 for just that! So I ask when did that happen? And gives me a saucy look with saying idk! I told her I go often and the other stores are cheaper. She does not care. Another girl chimes in to help her and she at least said sorry and fixed it to the correct amount of $14. The original gal never apologized and just had a nasty arrogance about her. Idk why it's hard to apologize for trying to overcharge your customer and make them wait way longer than needed. The wax specialist wasn't great either, I asked her to apply pressure and she barely did it and then had to do way too many strips (I go often, so I know) and she left a bunch of wax still on me. Just avoid the menifee store is the moral of the story.

It honestly looks rushed and unprofessional. My mom also had a disappointing experience. She asked for black nails with a gold design and showed a reference photo. The technician said she could do it, but the final result looked nothing like the picture. During the service, it was clear she wasn't confident with designs, as she kept asking the technician next to her for help. This is really directed to the owners, Nia and Dan, who seem to do great work and are often booked out. Unfortunately, this experience was not a good representation of your business. I wouldn't return and wouldn't recommend this salon unless you're specifically booking with Nia or Dan.

Many of my natural lashes were glued to each other. The purpose of getting lashes professionally done is for them to separate each natural lash individually in order to prevent damage or discomfort. The set looked cute initially and I received compliments, but my natural lashes are now noticeably damaged. I'm not sure if I had a bad experience simply because my appointments were on Saturdays when they were very busy (all the techs had back-to-back clients). I do not recommend this place.
