If you have thicker eyebrows, do not go here. I normally go to a different eyebrow spot but my lady was on vacation so I thought I should try this place out because it wouldn't be bad. But no, She took half my eyebrow off and it's not even straight, I had symmetrical eyebrows that I got professionally measured and I just wanted a clean up and she took off half my eyebrow to make them "even" when I told her before that one is smaller, she made the thicker one even smaller than the one that was already sparse. And she used scissors and kept trimming. Would recommend that you go somewhere else, or stick to the person that you always go to. read more

I went to several Brow stores and was always unhappy with them. A couple years ago I went to Magic Brow in Menifee and met my artist for life. Sheiba is the best ever! When she went on vacation I let someone else do my brow's and what a waste of money that was! If Sheiba is not there I will not let anyone touch my brow's. just now NEW My wife came in on April 2 they messed up her eyebrows really bad they were cricket and one was really thin. The owner tried to fix it but you can't do anything when you're missing hair and it's cricket. I do not recommend it unless you want to see your wife cry! Horrible experience! read more

We just moved to the area and it was hard finding a eyebrow place that u can trust and love. So I always getting them done at my old spot in Norco, but I'm happy that I found this place cause Martina did such an amazing job with my brows. The place is new and clean. Workers are very friendly and professional. Another thing I love is the self check in. They have an iPad where u check in and select what u want done and with who so there isn't any confusion. read more

10 STARS!! This is the only place I'll ever go. I always go to Martina (the boss) to get a full face. She is the first person to touch my eyebrows and thread my face. I can't imagine ever going somewhere else, I just won't, lol I'd rather be hairy! I live 36 minutes from this location and that won't stop me from going every month. I am the biggest baby and need little breaks throughout her threading my face. Never does she seem annoyed or try and rush me (and trust me it's annoying, I've been going for years and yet I'm still a cry baby). She just builds the best relationship with her customers, and never disappoints! This is my first time doing a yelp review! I just usually don't care to but her work is too good to go unnoticed! the oldest lady that works there is very aggressive with eyebrows . she forces her body onto me when i'm getting my eyebrows done. she pulls at my skin with the thread every time she threads. everyone else there (the younger girls) do an amazing job ! read more

I called today to explain what happened the person that answered the phone said how can I help you today even after I explained the issue. She said they always has the customer look at the eyebrows before touching up with powder in my case this did not happen. Needless to say I won't be going back. The young lady I spoke with didn't even offer a discount on my next visit a fill-in with powder to make it look better. Absolutely nothing.
