If you have thicker eyebrows, do not go here. I normally go to a different eyebrow spot but my lady was on vacation so I thought I should try this place out because it wouldn't be bad. But no, She took half my eyebrow off and it's not even straight, I had symmetrical eyebrows that I got professionally measured and I just wanted a clean up and she took off half my eyebrow to make them "even" when I told her before that one is smaller, she made the thicker one even smaller than the one that was already sparse. And she used scissors and kept trimming. Would recommend that you go somewhere else, or stick to the person that you always go to. read more

I went to several Brow stores and was always unhappy with them. A couple years ago I went to Magic Brow in Menifee and met my artist for life. Sheiba is the best ever! When she went on vacation I let someone else do my brow's and what a waste of money that was! If Sheiba is not there I will not let anyone touch my brow's. It took me 4 years to find an eyebrow artist who consistently does my brows good each time, i'm so lucky I found Martina. Her energy is so comforting and nice to be around, she is fast which makes it not nearly as painful but also does an amazing job with shaping my brows and keeping them as thick as she can which is my preference always. I'm sure the other girls here are also amazing but I am so trusting of Martina it's hard to venture off when you have that trust in someone so I usually always call before hand and Martina always answers the phone. just now NEW My wife came in on April 2 they messed up her eyebrows really bad they were cricket and one was really thin. The owner tried to fix it but you can't do anything when you're missing hair and it's cricket. I do not recommend it unless you want to see your wife cry! Horrible experience! read more

So I always getting them done at my old spot in Norco, but I'm happy that I found this place cause Martina did such an amazing job with my brows. The place is new and clean. 10 STARS!! This is the only place I'll ever go. I always go to Martina (the boss) to get a full face. She is the first person to touch my eyebrows and thread my face. I can't imagine ever going somewhere else, I just won't, lol I'd rather be hairy! I live 36 minutes from this location and that won't stop me from going every month. I am the biggest baby and need little breaks throughout her threading my face. Never does she seem annoyed or try and rush me (and trust me it's annoying, I've been going for years and yet I'm still a cry baby).
