The threader techs are very sweet and personable. They are always smiling and seem to enjoy servicing their clients. The workstations are kept clean and the store is spacious. I explained that I wanted to bring in my 13-year-old daughter and that waxing would be the better option for her, as she is autistic and would have difficulty sitting still for threading. I was told they don't recommend waxing for her age and, despite my explanation, they refused service altogether. This was really disappointing. I came in looking for a service advertised, and instead was dismissed without any effort to understand my daughter's needs.
