Maybe my expectations were too high, but I'm used to paying the same amount for 20 minute "experience" appointments in LA for eyebrow threading. Includes friendly conversation, taking time getting eyebrows defined how requested, and finishing with eyebrow massage (best part). My eyebrow request was dismissed off the bat, done in 2 minutes, and no greeting whatsoever. My husband and I both were hopeful going in based on reviews, but bummed it doesn't come close to compare to what we're used to. Back on the hunt for eyebrow place. read more
