Came here for the first time because my usual eyebrow place was closed, and Usha took me and did my eyebrows. I was a little nervous at first, as I'm pretty picky about my eyebrows. I've been coming here for 2 years. I always loved my eyebrows but the last 2 times she has left them thinner and thinner. I love my thick eyebrows so a little dissapointed today. Also, I had to ask her to fix them as she missed hair and the threading was very painful today. 3 hours later and it's still hurting. I've come here before and been very pleased with the work done, but I was extremely disappointed today with Threading Palace's professionalism, or lack thereof. I arrived at 6:40, a good 20 minutes before their posted closing time. When I arrived, lights were on but the door was locked. When I knocked, a young woman ran out from the back, took one look at me with a complete deer-in-the-headlights look on her face and ran back to the back. No indication of "hold on a sec" no nothing, just total fear. I thought maybe she had gone to grab the key or something so I waited. And 10 minutes later, she didn't return. I knocked again and called on the phone, but she ignored me, hiding in the back. Super unprofessional behavior and a complete waste of my time. If you're going to be open, be open. If you're going to see a paying customer, at least acknowledge them! Very dissatisfied. read more

I've been here a few times before with no issues... On Friday, I went to get my eyebrows done before going on vacation. Things were going well until they took a nick of skin from below my eyebrow... There was no "sorry" and I was just told "Your skin is sensitive". When I read up on it, "nicks during threading are very rare" - My children were with me so I was not about to freak out on them.
