After doing some research, I came across The Brow Shop. I called and they asked me to send over a photo of my current brows so someone could reach out and discuss my options. Shortly after, I received a text from Dalia. She was so kind, thorough, and explained everything -- from the process to the pricing -- in detail. I immediately got a good feeling from her and was able to schedule my appointment within a couple of weeks. When I arrived, the shop was absolutely beautiful and very clean. From the moment I met Dalia, her warm and sweet personality made me feel comfortable. She walked me through the entire process, answered my questions, and really put me at ease. I absolutely loved my results! I received so many compliments and everyone was obsessed with how natural and beautiful my brows looked. She took her time, made sure I was comfortable the whole way through, and really knew what she was doing. Penchen suggested powder and I declined.. when she was finished, she said let me touch up with powder, so I went ahead and let her. When I looked in the mirror, everything looked fine. A few days later my husband noticed a small patch was missing from my eyebrows. I wear glasses so I didn't immediately notice. I called today to explain what happened the person that answered the phone said how can I help you today even after I explained the issue. She said they always has the customer look at the eyebrows before touching up with powder in my case this did not happen. Needless to say I won't be going back. The young lady I spoke with didn't even offer a discount on my next visit a fill-in with powder to make it look better. Absolutely nothing.
