Used to come here very consistently, for about two years in a row. And I would travel from 30 minutes away for this service. But they're very unprofessional with a rude attitude. I asked if she could take off my product off my brows twice and she said she would and never did! I had to take off the product on my own (and I didn't have anything to remove my dipbrow with, and for those of you guys that don't know, this is NOT easy to remove, which is why I asked her in the first place, but I had to improvise with literally some napkins and chapstick) and I found errors, and went back to fix and she added some very rude comments. Was about to put in my phone number for a rewards and was very rushy and said I was "good" three times, she didn't want me to get the updates and rewards. Not the first time that I have received rude customer service here, gave chance after chance but never changed. I would definitely recommend finding another local eyebrow place. read more

I've stopped in here twice when I couldn't get an appointment at my usual place. First time was okay. Barely acknowledged me, even as she was threading my eyebrows she was talking to someone that just stopped in to say hello. Never asked how I wanted my eyebrows and rushed through the process so she could continue chatting with her friend. Second time she still barely acknowledged me, even though there was nobody else in the shop and she did an awful job on my eyebrows. Didn't shape them at all and left them very sloppy. You could hardly tell they had been done. Then when I go to pay I pull out my debit card and she asked if I had cash. I told her no and she got snippy with me and said next time bring cash. I understand everyone has bad days, but don't take it out on me and my eyebrows! When I got home and actually brushed my eyebrows into place (because she didn't bother to) I noticed that they were completely uneven and different shapes! I'm giving her two stars only because there was no wait time either time I went which really should have been an indication for me. read more

I think this is the best threading place in Murrieta, and I have been to all of them. The two ladies are very nice and welcoming. Both do a stellar job at eyebrow threading. They give suggestions on how the brows should be shaped and get every last hair. I don't trust anyone else to touch my brows. Also, they do not try to upsale add on services or products like the other threading places in Murrieta. There are no tacky plastic purses or neon flower headbands for sale either...a plus in my opinion. The only draw back is the outside....the lettering on the door has been keyed so it looks trashy. However, I always return to get my brows done and recommend it to anyone looking for top notch eyebrow threading. $8 for eyebrow. $5 lip. $5 chin. Any 3 combo $17. $25 Full face. I've been around Murrieta & Temecula to thread my eyebrows. & my eyebrows are definitely not the best. However, every time I come here they are done beautifully. I have always been terrified to let someone touch my eyebrows... This place is amazing. My sister has bigger eyebrows and mine are super thin, they do an amazing job on both of us! Prices are great! Staff is so great I feel like I'm stopping in to chat with my friend. I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. She even made my sister coffee one day because she was tired! Doesn't leave bumps! I dont like this place at all their prices are good but not their work I have tried a few times because its location is convinient but I dont like their work. It hurts way more than it should and leaves bumps. So I let the lady know to be careful and she said when I get home I could do cold compress! Really!! No need for that if she did it right in the first place. Anyway I'm sticking to my regular place. The Brow Shop:) thats the best place to go. Amazing work, I normally Had to drive down to the SF Valley for a eyebrow job. They have the best salons out there. But since moving out here 5 years ago I finally found this place. Beautiful shape, perfectly clean no need to touch up with tweezing. The ladies are really nice and no pressure to sell you anything. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is afraid of trying a new place. By the way they charge only $8. I was paying $15+ tip. Threading palace was my first threading salon I've tried since I moved here. It's conveniently located within walking distance, I've passed by it a handful of times. Today, I figured, what the heck?!.. My brows were looking more like caterpillars, it was an emergency situation at this point! I realize that it's of up most importance to have a skilled individual looking after the shape of your brows. They hang your entire face if they're done too short or thin.. However after reading some Yelp reviews, felt confident and decided, of courses I'll try them out!! ;)) So, as I've mentioned before, I'm a tough critic!! I want you to know, these women earned all 5's!! I was in the chair just as soon as I walked in the door, the woman who did my treatment was very sanitary, efficient, and fast!!! I was finished in less than 5 minutes. It had been a long while since my last treatment because I didn't really want to chance it, possibly have someone ruin my eyebrows. In hindsight it wouldn't have mattered. I had done a number on them destroying them myself just trying to maintain. Lol These eyebrows look fabulous now! I'm thrilled!! After my visit to threading palace today, you'd never know I ever bush whacked them.. They look fabulous! I will continue to come to threading palace, regardless of where I move next. This by far is the worst threading salon I have been to. I only rated it 2 stars because of the good prices, other than that I was really disappointed. I went on a Saturday shortly after their grand opening for a regular brow threading. I asked very nicely for her to thread between my eyebrows, and after the first try, it looked as if she hadn't done it at all, so I asked again. The woman threading looked annoyed by me asking and with attitude replied "I already did". I figured it wasn't worth it so didn't ask again. My girlfriend, who was getting her brows done as well was also disappointed. They don't pluck to catch the missed hairs after threading and don't offer cooling gel or lotion. I've already spread the word to my friends. I'd rather go to the mall and pay $15 where they are actually polite. read more
