Don't let the owner or the the manager fool you by saying they went off to school, which is not true, and I know for a fact. Also, the services are inconsistent. All wax girls they say are trained the same. However they might be trained the same, but some aren't good at their job. And I can attest first hand to that by having to come back after the fact. It's very frustrating. Let's talk about the receptionists and poor customer service. They can only seem to hire 18 to 21-year-olds. And that's unfortunate, because, at that age, they still have not mastered the success of customer service, and I have also learned that first-hand by being hung app on by being transferred to the wrong person by being scheduled wrong. By being charged wrong. The atmosphere is very dramatic. A lot of girls don't get along with each other.A lot of them have a lot of excesses drama going on and they talk to their clients about it. Unprofessional. Whoever owns this place needs to get it together. Needs to take a couple classes on customer service. They need to take a couple classes on how to financially gain your business and how to promote your business. I wish you luck cause you're gonna need it.

The new owner is very nice and accommodating. She upgraded the salon a lot. New colors and seats. She's very sweet! She also does nails and from what I can see, she's fast and does them well. My nails tech is Tammy. She's the reason why I stay at this salon. She's a pleasure to talk to and she's very fast and efficient. She still does it exactly the way I want it. Even when I was forced to go to another salon on one of my travels, I got back to temecula to have Tammy fix my nails. Also, she always makes time for me. Its hard for me to make an appointment bc im not in temecula very much. Im between a few cities during the month. So this is convenient for me that she always does her best to make time. She was efficient and professional and I appreciated the sanitary cleanliness of the room and her use of gloves. This was my first visit and she was meticulous with her waxing job and plucked out final hairs that were stubborn. She was able to offer lots of product and post visit care. I booked my next visit on site before I left. She was attentive to my comfort and made sure to let me know everything she was doing during our appointment. She is knowledgeable in her craft- I really appreciated her ability to understand my sensitive skin and hair type. Just for reference, when I have shaved in the past I usually have regrowth within 24 hours and within 48 hours I'm itching and scratching like crazy. I am currently at 16 days post waxing (full Brazilian, coarse thick dark hair) and I have like a handful of hairs just starting to grow back!
