I love when I go into a new studio, get undressed on the table and have my wax begin before DALIA realizes I am not who she thought I was?? Apparently, she couldn't read the difference between whoever Maria was and me, Mairen. As awkward as that was she made it even worse by telling me I needed to get dressed again and leave so she could wax someone else before me. Dalia couldn't have checked to see my name and confirm the appointment I texted her I was there for? I told her I was the 4:20 appointment. It was purely my question about sugaring that made her question who I was and that I was new and that I was not Maria. She advised me to go shop around at Goodwill after I was already spread out on the table. No. After I tried to get dressed as quickly as I could she's standing right behind me and pulling back the curtain to the studio before I'm even fully dressed?? Lady I don't even have my pants on completely?? I am UTTERLY confused by the multitude of 5 star reviews for this woman. I was so uncomfortable and so in shock that I told her I was cancelling before I even walked out of the studio. She of course asked if I would reschedule. No. She told me to have a good day and I walked out and left with no response. This was the worse experience I have ever had. I was considering coming back after Maria after her complete awkwardness and utter lack of customer service but her opening the curtain on me without me fully dressed was my last straw.
