Don't not recommend scammer!! This lady was awful! I booked an appointment 3-4 weeks in advance and right when I got there at 1:15 I wait for at least 30 minutes for her to just cancel my appointment because she didn't have "enough time". Keep in mind I did schedule in advance. Then she CHARGED me money for her canceling and began saying how it was my fault that I showed up "late" when I was waiting outside her door for at least 30 minutes. She had a sign on her door saying "wax in session" when nobody was even in there! When she opened the door I can tell her vibe was really off and weird. I found his place via Yelp and made an appt for a bikini wax (last minute). I was used to getting waxed with the strips, so not only was it my first time getting waxed here, but getting waxed with the hard wax that Brooke uses too. I actually prefer it over the strips. Didn't hurt as much and she was quick. She even gave me a "Thank you" bag to take home that had after-care products in it including after-care instructions. Something I've never gotten before, which made it a really nice surprise. Brooke herself is very nice and chill. Her studio is super cute, clean, and relaxing. I felt very comfortable there. My husband and I live in LA, but come out to Murrieta often to visit family, so I plan on going back her just like I do for my nail lady out here too. The price is right and she does a good job.
