This place is awesome!! Ashley is definitely an eyebrow artist. My eyebrows are light blonde, so it's hard to have them look just right. Ashley always shapes them perfectly and adds a little bit of color so I don't have to fill them in. She's absolutely the BEST!!! Whenever my husband and I see someone that needs some, uh, maintenance on their brows, we always say, "They need to go see Ashley. She will fix those brows!" I don't understand how this business is still running! I have not been able to get ahold of someone to even get in! I have called and called and called for the last 2 weeks and no one will answer. I finally had one person answer and told me to hang on and then just hung up on me and never called me back! I have also left several messages and no one has returned a single one! Sera was absolutely amazing. My friend brought me to her as she's been using her for years and highly recommended her. I've never felt so at ease getting my eyebrows done. She was easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. She was very meticulous and took her time to not only wax, but shape and tweeze them and then clean them up at the end so I didnt walk out with bright red brows. My brows look incredible! I've been getting my brows done by Sera for a few years now! Before I found Sera at The Honey Pot my eyebrows had started to loose the shape I naturally had! They started to look round with no arch, I HATED it! I was referred to Sera by a friend and I was hoping she could help get my eyebrows somewhat back to normal. My hair has stopped growing in at certain places so I knew it would be a challenge. However, my FIRST appointment with her went way better then expected! My brows already looked so much better! After a couple appointments she had me back to normal. Needless to say I haven't gone anywhere since! The Honey Pot is always clean and the girls are both amazing. I was recommended to this salon because everywhere I went they would mess up my eyebrows! I have a decent shape but because there is a scar on one of my brows somehow when they wax it they always look uneven. I have seen Andrea twice and was highly satisfied both times! Ok, I just realized what the difference is going to a nail salon and to a place that actually was specialist. Huge difference these girls know what they are doing.
