When I got my lashes done, they were placed unevenly. One eye, they were clearly at an angle and the other, all straight up. When I asked if she could make them even, she blamed my "droopy eye" and told me "maybe go to doctor, get surgery for even eye". That, or she could just take them all off. Daym. I bought a Groupon for One Stop Lash. I never had eyelash extensions before and wanted to try it out. When I got to the business, I ended up upgrading from the classic eyelashes included with my deal to the mink lashes (for an extra $15) for a more natural look. Chloe, the owner, went over all the different options and prices. She was very upfront and honest which I always appreciate in these type of settings. For a more natural look, she recommended the elegant lash style for my eye shape. Again, for a more natural look I went for one step down from the longest lashes available. After reading and signing the release and liability forms I was nervous about the process. Overall, it was painless, I wasn't in any discomfort at any time, and I didn't experience any burning sensations which was a huge relief after reading about all the possible side effects! The process typically takes about an hour but likely because I have so many natural eyelashes Chloe spent an hour and twenty minutes with me. The office was very clean and the process appeared hygienic. The office seemed really new which typically adds a layer of skepticism but in conversation I found out Chloe has been practicing for over three and a half years and just recently opened her own business which makes sense given her skill level. I love my lashes a lot more than I thought I would! They feel natural and I don't even notice them. I would actually go back and pay full price which I typically don't feel about the Groupon deals I buy. Definitely recommend! read more

It's been well over two years since I've gotten my lashes done (thank you pandemic!) and since then we moved and I had to find a new lash place. I've been through my share of lash stories - I was one of the first to jump on the lash extension bandwagon and wow how it's changed! Everyone has their own technique, materials and routine. Reading and looking at the end results of One Stop Lash, I decided to go for it. The place itself is located in a little plaza and honestly a tad confusing to find (it's totally around the back and not where you would think #203 is located. But there is only one way to go (you can make a circle of the places) and eventually I found it! I freaked out a little bit since the door was locked, but after a quick call Chloe said she would be there soon. Phew! The studio itself was very cute and clean. There were two tables in the front and about 2-3 in another room. I was the only one in there - so my anxiety that the pandemic had given me subsided. Chloe had me fill out some paperwork and then showed me the different lash options. To be honest I was a little bummed that the mink style ones that were shorter wasn't really recommended because of apparent allergic reactions. I went with the elegant style and the slightly longer ones. The whole process was about an hour - was totally relaxed (even through the occasional phone calls she got which she apologized for). The end result was really nice - I still wish they were slightly shorter to give more of a natural look, but still love them. Oddly enough they don't give you any lash brush, but it's whatever. Last tip: Bring cash because otherwise you'll be charged $2. read more

Great place, I am so lucky to have found Chloe! Moved to the area and she was recommended from a coworker. She does a great job and was able to get my vision exactly right the first time from pics. She is experienced and good at what she does (never had problems with twisting or eyelashes glued together, a painful problem I've experienced at other places). She is also very nice and kind person. If you have found Chloe I would say your search is over make an appointment ASAP :) Her shop is also very clean and has good vibes. Easy to access off of Rancho Cal. I've been going every two or three weeks and have always been able to get an appointment. She has multiple options from natural to drama and is very talented and good at what she does. I started with 6d but moved up to 9d (I like the look of strip lashes and she totally accomplishes this) I believe they are pre-made fans (in the past I had hand made fans) but they still end up looking great. I get 9d which is the thickest she offers (and I believe the most expensive) and it was about $85 for a fill that took 1.5 hours. well, i was originally going to give this place a 3 because i got a seriously killer case of pink eye just 2 days later. I'm assuming it was because I didn't know how to properly clean the lashes (in my defense, the lash tech did not explain either) but I just needed some eye drops and it was OK. the lashes themselves were gorgeous, not initially what i wanted but the lash tech was an expert in a certain natural and sexy lash style so - if it's not broken why change it? it was gorgeous either way, and i really liked the style by the end of my appointment. when i came it was really calming and no one there, chloe even told me to come in a day earlier. i paid around $127 plus tip in cash. not as expensive as I've seen from other places so i didn't complain much, i wasn't planning on coming around for a second round as this was going to be my first and last lash experience (already pre-mediated, i just wanted to try getting my lashes done) the reason this is a 5 star review is because it's been 1 month and my lashes have fallen off so gracefully. i didn't even notice they were shedding (the fake lashes) until 3 weeks later. these lashes stay ON and for a LONG TIME. as I'm typing this there are around 15-20 lashes on each eye, give or take. it doesn't look silly either, it blends with my natural lash so well you'd think they're my natural lashes. i haven't worn any eye makeup in weeks. mind you, I've drenched these lashes around 7 days in. i got smacked in the face by waves at the beach, i wet my face in the morning, night, when i shower. the fallout is graceful and not noticeable, and i truly think it was worth every penny. if i were to do it again, id come here 100%. just be familiar with how to clean your eyes so you don't get pink eye ;) thanks for a great lash experience! read more
