Do not recommend! The older woman who did my lashes took over 3 hours to complete. My eyes were burning so bad during and she kept saying maybe my eyes are just sensitive. I've had my lashes done lots of times elsewhere and have never had an issue. I told her in the beginning that the placing of the tape felt weird and was digging into the corner of my eyes. A few times she pulled my lashes or stabbed my eyelids. At the end when it came time for her to remove all the tape it took her about 20 minutes and it was painful from all the pulling because my lashes were all stuck. One of the first few customers here, seeing that they had just recently opened, and let me tell you that it was such an awesome experience!:) I usually go to places that already have multiple reviews, but today I decided to go the opposite route and perhaps support up and coming lash extension services. The place is super clean, and unlike most lash places, this location has separate rooms for each clients - that way it's more comfortable and peaceful. I showed Monica a picture of what I wanted and she delivered! As for the price, it is much more reasonable and not overpriced like other places. Beware, I purchased a group voucher called and made a appointment stating I had a Group voucher, I went to my appointment Arroya the technician asked me what type of lashes I wanted I told her natural lashes she didn't seem to understand English very well she showed me a picture I pointed to the natural lash picture, she proceeded to clean my lashes then she put two different lashes up to my lashes asking if the length was okay I pick the length I wanted, then she said that will be $88.00 dollars I stated that I had a Groupon voucher and she said we don't take Groupon so I said why are you advertising your service on Groupon she told me to wait and left and came back with another lady and she said that the junior technician that do the lashes for Groupon wasn't available, so I can't use my Groupon voucher, but I could pay in cash the amount I paid for the Groupon and I could get a refund from Groupon, I asked her why are you advertising on Groupon if you don't except the voucher they both just looked dumb founded and kept trying to get me to pay cash. I went to Groupon chat site fill out the form, but was unable to get a response because it could take up to four days to get a reply, so I told Arroya that I didn't want to pay cash when I had already paid for the voucher, I asked again could I use the voucher they said no, The customer service was lacking because if you don't except Groupon why are you advertising on the site and once the customer get there you try to persuade them to pay cash very shady business practices. No I'm not misleading customers I stated exactly what happened and on your site on Groupon there wasn't an option to make an appointment with the voucher that's why I called. And how could I request Arroya when I've never been to your establishment and the question on your form was how did you hear about us and Groupon wasn't an option on your form. Your employees speak broken English. And no they didn't ask me to reschedule, but why would I when the customer service wasn't up to par. So maybe you should figure out why are you getting bad reviews from Groupon customers and try to rectify the issue. And you should also put on your Groupon voucher that a junior technician will be practicing on your lashes. read more

She is basically calling me a liar about my experience and showing face. I will post exactly what the Groupon says to redeem below. Here are the exact instructions...no, where does it mention that I have to let them know I have a Groupon upon arrival. They are the ones who set my appointment with a senior tech and not a junior tech and then canceled my appointment upon arrival when if I was to cancel I need to give them 5 hrs notice...smh and then said the only thing they could do was make an appointment for the next day when I drove an hour and they were unprofessional blaming me and saying I didn't follow instructions. If I could give them a zero I would. What a group of thieves. Talk about the classic bait and switch. I purchased a Groupon for a full set of classic lashes. I made my appointment using the link pro idea in the Groupon. I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early and no one even came out to speak to me until 10 minutes after my scheduled appt. When she asked what type lashes I wanted I told her my Groupon is for a full set of classic lashes. She asked me to wait a minute and she went and spoke to someone. Then she comes back she says I cannot use my Groupon for this appt. When I asked why she said because I booked a "new client" appt. Well, I am a new client. She said no I booked the wrong appt. But I explained I used the link from Groupon and there where no instructions that I had to book a specific type of appt. She said I would have to pay today and could use the Groupon another day. I said no. I just drove an hour to get here and they needed to honor my appointment. They refused and then had the audacity to send me a text saying I was a no show to my appointment. Great experience!! I used the Groupon but when I got to business, I changed my mind and the merchant happily honored my request; I just had to pay the difference. The setting is very clean, quiet and relaxing, the front staff and my technician were very professional and even more proficient. I was promptly checked in, my preferences clarified, suggestions offered, and I was kept constantly updated on when my technician would be with me.
