Wonderful experience!!! I was a little bummed that I had to leave my old salon when I moved here but I'm so happy I found this place! Christina was FANTASTIC, really a miracle worker!!! She did a phenomenal job, she was quick, super nice, and did them exactly how I wanted them! This review is for my mom who saw Lilly! She did such a fantastic job!!! They are so beautiful! She is extremely thorough and I really appreciate that she does such a high quality job. I didn't buy the membership at first because I've had them done at other places and I was unhappy with the retention. Now that we know how great of a job they do here, we bit the bullet and got the memberships. I have a little gap in my natural lash line and fine blonde lashes and it's incredible how she is able to work around it and get them so full and perfect looking! I really am a convert to these lashes, I wake up and feel beautiful right of the bat, it's a great feeling! Definitely book with either Lilly or Christina, they are so extremely talented and they always do a wonderful job that actually last! This is on top of being complete and utter sweet hearts! I started going to Lashes on Broadway in Temecula because I purchased a Groupon. It was okay a little concerned because the girl who did my lashes would handle cash then come in to do my lashes seemed not sterile . I had an appointment the day after Christmas and I ended up being very sick with food poisoning and didn't make it to my appointment I tried to reschedule on line several times but she kept denying my appointment. Seems a little unprofessional to me I am sorry I was sick but that does not excuse you from letting me rebook. read more

I've been getting my lashes done here for the past 5 months or so and I have gone to Liz, Kai, and Dennise. Dennise was an amazing lash artist and always gave me beautiful volume lashes. I was bummed to call and hear that All lash artists are gone besides one who just got hired a month ago. I'm super skeptical about going to new lash people but I had no choice. So I went in for a volume lash fill and towards the end of the appointment lots of glue kept going in my eyes making them water very heavily. A few mins later we were finished and my eyes were glued shut, so the artist forced my eyes open with her fingers and I assume tweezers, and I could feel my lashes ripping. This was done on both eyes. The last 3 artists used a removal liquid and qtip to remove the glue so my eyes could open. Once I opened them and saw them I was bummed how few lashes there were. My appointment was about 40 mins and my lash artist before would spend about N hour. When I got home I looked at my lashes and couldn't even brush them because there was so much glue on my lashes all the lashes were stuck together so I called the lash number back explaining how disappointed I was with my fill. They said they would schedule me for a visit back with the artist and I could tell her what was wrong. So I came in the second time and she took off a lot of lashes. And i could feel a few of my natural lashes coming off as well. After she finished replacing them my lashes looked so empty. I paid almost $70 for these and these look like classic lashes not volume. I won't be back here again. And will be sharing my experience with all the coworkers who I use to recommend here. Definately won't recommend any longer. read more

I have been getting eyelash extensions for now about 3-4 months. and at first i had a lady named dennise and she was AMAZING! did them so good and i love the dramatic look and she defiantly made sure i loved them before i left. and on top of that they lasted me close to 3 weeks with a volume fill. then i had scheduled my last appt and was told she was no longer working there. so they scheduled me with someone else, which was fine then she did a volume fill and there was hardly any more eyelashes then what i came in there with. they were not full and not at all what i wanted to be done. I got them filled saturday 10/28 and now it's 11/2 and there all falling out already and i already need a fill. i just paid $55 plus tip and now i will be having to pay to get them filled again not even a week later. very very disappointed in this place. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would! Completely unprofessional! I scheduled an appointment for a lash refill, and because I was a new client they charged me before my appointment. I was ok with this, because I was scheduled for the same day that I paid. I showed up for my scheduled appointment 10 minutes ahead of time to allow time to fill out new client paperwork work. I completed the paperwork and was escorted to the clinicians office area and after 30 minutes of her removing my existing lashes (which I did not want!!!! I wanted a refill). I was informed that the wrong clinician had escorted me back and she had me and another client confused. She nor would the correct clinician be able to do my lashes at all that day and I could return a week later to have them installed if I wanted to. There was no regard for my time or that I had plans and needed my lashes installed the day that I scheduled my appointment, not a week Or the fact that now my own lashes had been removed. I asked for a refund in which I was notified it has to come from their corporate office. I contacted the corporate office and explained the situation and was told by the person that answered the phone that she would call me back.... after 15 minutes I had not received a call so I called them back only to receive their answering machine....I continued to call repeatedly until someone finally would answer. This person rudely stated they would refund me in 7-10 days! No apology for them screwing up or anything.... this is a low budget unprofessional organization that I advise people to not waste their time with. I was completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the horrible service. If you have an important event scheduled or have limited free time do not waste your time at this place because you won't get your scheduled service without any consideration for your time.*******UPDATE..... after I left the clinician named Tina sent me a nasty text for writing a review... so not only do you get horrible service you also get harassed!!!!
