It tickles a tad as she places each eyelash. I asked for a slight lash enhancement. I haven't worn mascara for years, though I wear make-up. My eyelashes are hard to find these days. I went to talk to the owner about the situation she said it wasn't her fault. She also stated she uses all different types of eye pads she's always changing. I didn't even get close to what I asked for $170 later , the tech did tell me she didn't have all the lashes to complete this look but I assumed I'd at least get a fuller look..... my inner corner lashes were placed crooked and they slant sideways no matter how many times I brushed them. I was asked to come in to fix the issue. However my schedule is vert tight as I'm on my way out for a vacation. I could not make it in at the time the tech wanted me to so I never got them "fixed". However before this I asked for a partial refund or a discount on the next set because I wasn't sure if I could make it at the time she wanted me to go back. I was told the owner would call me since the tech wasn't able to refund or offer a discount. 2 weeks later almost all my lashes are gone. Retention was not great. The owner called me back after thisAnd I was basically told I should've came in to fix them and nothing can be done now. Needless to say I will not be going back. I'll start with the positives...prices are reasonable and I was able to book appointments that fit with my schedule relatively quickly. My first appointment was for a Full set of classic lashes. A young girl (daughter of the owner) took care of me. However, the consultation was almost non existent. I asked her for a natural look with classic one to one lashes. I was not advised to come without eye makeup. Since I was coming from work, I had mascara and light eye makeup on (since I knew I had this appointment I wore the very minimum but because my lashes are blonde I needed something). The young lady did not advise me what she was doing or going to do. She hardly said anything. So I asked her if she was removing my makeup. She said no, she is already applying the lashes. As someone who washes her face every night, this was disturbing to me. When I opened my eyes and the lashes were done,I was shocked! First of all, my lower and upper lashes were glued together in both sides! And They were the opposite of natural. It looked like I just had false lashes applied - too long, too thick, too black. I did book my next appointment because the young girl was out of town and the appointment was with the Owner. The owner did do better work (so I thought), although the fill was painful for some reason. The end result was more natural, but, again, she did not ask if I was happy with the full set I received and, as far as the fill goes, she did not even hand me a mirror and ask me how I liked them. I knew I was not happy with the service so I did not book my next appointment. Since then, I found another (more professional) lash girl. Unfortunately, she had to remove 95% of my lashes. It turns out, each lash extension was glued to multiple natural lashes, instead of 1 to 1. This is why the lashes had become uncomfortable - as my own lashes grew at different rates, they would pull because they were essentially glued to each other. My new lashes done at a different location and exactly what I want and feel perfectly comfortable. I am Disappointed to have to give Eye Adore this one start review. Buyer beware. read more

Kristi was great. However, every time I get a fill with her back then, I can feel her plucking my lashes. My eyes were so red and non-stop tears for about 10 minutes. I remember sitting in my car with my eyes close, unable to drive. After I found an actual professional to do my lashes, most of my natural lashes were gone. Hate to leave a bad review but I was not happy with my lashes from here. I was new to the area and wanted to find a salon close by. Kristi is sweet, the salon is adorable and the price is very reasonable but between the adhesive that is used and the poor quality of the fill, I won't be coming back. After the fill was done, I went to my car and looked at my lashes. (A mirror is not offered). I was expecting to see nice even lashes but instead one side was MUCH fuller than the other and the lashes on the fuller side were all cattiwompas (sp?). In addition the adhesive used irritated my eyes so much that I had to buy some visine to soothe them. I've had lashes for 5 years and never experienced this. After a week, I couldn't take it anymore....it was so uncomfortable! Fortunately, I was able to find someone else that ended up removing all of the lashes to get rid of the weird adhesive and put a fresh set on. read more

Kristi is amazing!! I went to her after going to a few other lash artists. My issue before was my lashes would look great for a day or two but then because of my daily exercise habits most would fall out. She uses a very high end lash product that lasts!! I've been getting my lashes done by Kristi for about 2 months now and they always look amazing! She is so friendly and clearly knows what she is doing. Okay.... So just let me start off with my original lashes... Yikes! I have very thin lashes and short! I knew wherever I went, my lashes would always be a challenge for any eyelash technician. I love Pretty Little Lashes! I had been getting lash extensions for almost 3 years when I found Kristi! I had been going to a small chain similar to a nail salon for eyelashes. I would get a full set of clusters for a very reasonable price however I was losing my lashes and I was driving to Riverside every 2 weeks! Not worth it! I came across Kristi through a referral and she's awesome! You really do get what you pay for! I had to go get my lashes fixed somewhere else. My lashes ended up tangled up and many pulled out because they were glued together. There was puddling and an tons of glue on my eyelid. When I sneezed or when my eyes were shirt they lashes poked my lids. I wanted a more natural look and flat lashes were put in and those are more dramatic and shiny. My eyes were extremely itchy and the last technician I went to for my fill and repair said it was because there was too much glue, they were tangled and that was because my new lashes where trying to grow out and couldn't. I wasn't able to properly brush out and clean my lashes because of this. I was told that many of my good lashes had come out because there were two lashes attached together. I was able to get to look I desired at another location. I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel that this is is something gay must be shared. Its not only a pricey investment but can damage lashes in the long run. I'm happy I was able to finally get in at my new place and get the lashes repaired. read more
