Found this business on Facebook as my regular lady is out in vacation. Maps took me on the back road and it was a journey. I booked online for classic for $38. I paid $10 deposit and got charged $58 on checkout. The place was neat , organized and they practice good infection control protocol. They wear a mask and washed their hands. They take time to work on the lashes and was not rushed. I think there was just a miscommunication on the pricing. With my eyelash tech, whether it's classic or whatever type, she charges the same price. She's based at a nail salon and also has great service. Update: business responded with lies. Attaching a photo from Groupon of the service that was described. Well, you definitely get what you pay for. They had a roughly $50 facial that was supposed to include Microdermabrasion, extractions, a double cleanse, a mask, etc. It did not include true extractions, and only included a few extractions done via some water tool that leaked all over my face. And the extractions that weren't real extractions were only done on my chin, nose and parts of my forehead. The tool caused bruises. In fact, my chin is super congested. They didn't even touch the chin line in ways that they should have. This is a very no-frills place that is clearly on the lower end of the low-budget side. The bed I got my facial in was extremely uncomfortable... Definitely the most uncomfortable I've ever been. It was also clear that the people working had overbooked because they were hopping between nails, facials, and lash services. For example, I know my mask was on a bit longer simply because they were finishing someone else's lashes. Overall, the facial was extremely basic. I also don't think that it was microdermabrasion that they did, but instead that one electronic/metal smelling tool that they use during facials. I don't know what it's called, but I know that it's been used at almost every facial I've ever done. I'm giving two stars because it wasn't the worst facial I've ever had, but it wasn't as thorough as it should've been. And the bruising ain't cool and has never happened before. The vibe inside is very casual. There is no separate room for facials, just a very thin lace curtain, separating the one facial bed from the area where folks were getting their lashes done. I got a lash lift here and initially it looked nice, but within a couple of days I noticed my left eye was extremely over-processed compared to the right. During the service, my eyes were actually burning, which should have been a red flag. I followed all protocols such as no water or steam for 48 hours and no mascara. After the appointment, my left lashes were curling back into my eyelid and causing a lot of discomfort. Over the next two weeks, it got worse. My lashes are now curling in different directions, poking my eye, and constantly irritating it. I even noticed what looked like a small burn/scab on my eyelid on that side. I reached out to the owner, and while she did respond, the solution offered was to come back in two weeks to fix one eye only. Honestly, I didn't feel comfortable returning after this experience, especially since both the discomfort and damage were significant. Although the owner wasn't the one performing the service, we should expect consistent quality and safety regardless of who is assigned. read more

I had been coming here since they opened, but lately my lash lifts are not as great as they use to be. Also one thing to note, having been to other lash technicians, I always have a pleasant lash lift where I don't feel product burning my eyes upon completion . But everytime I come here, the product has always irritated my eyes for the entire after service. I thought it was normal but as I've said trying different lash lift technicians I've come to learn what's normal with the service and that's one thing I don't like about this place. Also the lift has not been consistent anymore. I unfortunately will be going to a different lash lift business. I e become a fan of the Korean lash lift and they don't offer that here. read more

I've been coming here for over two years now for lashes but recently (maybe my last 4 visits) it has been uncomfortable. The owner/manager when she's around talks all the time to the other techs while they are all doing someone's lashes. So it is right on our faces. I think it's unprofessional. Ladies, please do better. My friends and I really like coming here but may consider going somewhere else if this continues. Other than that, they do a decent job with your lashes. read more

Going against a friend who didn't recommend this place, but it was convenient for me: The first time I went wasn't too bad, but was not fully satisfied so, I decided to give them a second chance. I rebooked and come back with the exception of changing technician--- Boy! was that a mistake... I returned for a 3 week fill, 12pm appointment, waited until 12:30, until they finally called me back and got started. at start; I've experienced several painful plucking of my natural lashes-- not to mention-- because of her shaky hands(poor gal, i truly felt bad) she dropped the tool on my brow(now super tender might be bruised) but she was so Shaky--- I felt bad, and regretfully, I went with it. After about 2 1/2 hours, she was finally done with my "3 week, volume, Whispy(up charge) fill" 2:26pm!!!!!! This service experience that should have taken 1 hour, you can imagine how thrilled I was to be done and ready to get the heck out. After I got up and she handed me the mirror to glance at her finished work, I wanted to cry. It looked like a simple, non-volume, basic, and very sparse, fill. Because of the language barrier, I decided to just pay and walk out. I'm not sure if this particular technician was just inexperienced or simply, just didn't care. But, because they never apologize or acknowledged the fact they made me wait 30 minutes, after charging me a deposit in advance; then to charge me full service knowing she did a terrible job... that's where I draw the line. It was the most dreadful, painful and wasteful lash experience I've ever had. read more

I was driving all the way to West Covina and I live in Riverside to get my lashes done because I couldn't find anybody out here in the Menifee area or nearby that has quality work for a good decent price. Been coming here for 6 months so far and no issues. (From different businesses) My previous lash tech would take forever and the lashes would fall out so quick. My next lash tech would go back and forth with me on setting up another appointment. EcDonails has been very quick and my lashes stay better than previous techs, because I am very hard on my lashes. I come in every two weeks and no scheduling issues. My only minor complaint is that the tips on credit card do not go directly to the tech, but go to the store. I feel it's kind of deceitful, so I try to pay cash, but that's not always easy to make a trip just for cash. read more

Pedicure: only painted nails with nothing else. Rushed the French polish and it looked terrible. Only lasted 5 days for gel which is horrible. Manicure: hard gel but didn't do it right and a large gap was left under the nails which caused stuff to constantly get caught between the hard gel and the nail so I had to have them taken off. Elsa is amazing! She is the best lash tech I ever had. Her service is super careful and professional to me and I love the way she designed my lashes! I used to get the 9D style and they feel quite heavy sometimes. My natural lashes are a little bit brittle and they fall out when they can not hold up. So I went to Elsa and after she examined my lashes, she suggested that I get 3D and she also designed a whisy look for me. I got these done yesterday and I wake up with no irritation and they look super natural and gorgeous to me. I highly recommend this place, and go to Elsa for lash design! Not a very professional place. Manager (Elsa) is very rude and argumentative!! They put the eyelashes on way too thick and use entirely too much glue to the point where there is clumps on your lashes. Chairs are more comfortable than the broke down table they used to have but they are not accessible for all people. Instead of making sure the customer is comfortable, they make you sit very awkwardly and be uncomfortable and they'll keep asking that you to scoot up. I tired to take my mother here and it was incredibly difficult for her to get in and out of the chair. Her back and neck hurt very badly in the position they had her in for over an hour and a half. Pricing is inconsistent, they constantly change the price even if you get the same service as the previous visit. I had gone there and asked for a removal and new set. The removal is supposed to be free if they were the ones who put the lashes on (which they were).. they removed my lashes and tried to show me how old and bad quality the glue was, when I told them that they were the ones who put them on, they argued with me and still charged me for removal and full price for the new set. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

I just had my classic lashes done. They are amazing, beautiful! The salon is super clean. You relax under a cozy blanket while lashes are applied. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I will go here again and highly recommend EcDonails & Lash Spa. read more
