The customer service is so friendly and welcoming; from the owner helping me find a stylist to Amanda, my stylist. This is a great woman owned company to support! I reached out to Jen looking for a stylist to do a full or partial highlight and trim. I had pictures of my self with a full highlight to show what color I wanted. Jen suggest Amanda who does her hair and so I reached out to her. Amanda was very courteous and understanding during the whole conversation. Switching hair stylists is nerve wracking and the prices have gone up so I was hesitant but Amanda was understandable and gave me a very reasonable price so I decided to go with her, plus she has years of experience. The place is so cute and welcoming. Amanda is so sweet and did amazing work. She took my blonde from drab to fab! We had such a heart felt conversation and I'm forever grateful our paths crossed. She did an amazing job on my hair which I'm very picky about so I was really impressed how well she did the job and handled my jabber LOL I just recommended my friend to her and I should have done this review back in October when I got my hair done (sorry girls) Amanda did exactly what I asked for and that just shows how good of a stylist she is because the part couple I've been too don't quite get the assignment...She also took pictures of my hair after and that was a first for me! Something I always wanted a stylist to do but they never asked and little things like this really make customers feel special. I'm not someone that spends a lot of money on self care. I just started getting lash extensions at 60 years old, and met Jennifer when my regular lash clinician cancelled at the last minute. Jennifer did an awesome job on my classic lashes and they looked better, and have lasted longer than any lashes I have had in the past. I was looking over the portfolio of treatments and services provided by JM Lash Beauty Bar and decided to try the facial/body contouring treatment. My main concern was my neck and lower face (what I call my jowls) after losing 50 lbs, my skin did not "snap back" as I had hoped. Jennifer was very professional explaining the whole process behind the radio frequency treatment and I decided to try one treatment. I was amazed that after only one treatment, I could already see results!! I am looking forward to the results after 6 treatments. She also offers a package where you purchase 5 treatments and get 6! JM Lash Beauty Bar is always so clean the beautiful the decor creates such an amazing ambience! a little side story but- I had my lashes for over a week and I went to the eye doctor to get my new prescription glasses and while they where inspecting my whole eyes THE DOCTOR EVEN SAID THAT WHOEVER DID MY EYELASHES DID THEM SO CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL THERE WAS NO BUILD UP NO RISK OF INFECTION in fact I suffer from dry eyes and the doctor stated that cleaning my lashes every day and every night will help my dry eye and keep my eyes healthy and it certainly has I definitely feel a difference I'm not putting on medicated eye drops every couple of hours anymore!!! I also have confidence issues and wake up feeling so beautiful every day with my lashes all done up Is one of the best feelings in the world! you have no idea how much of a blessing that is to feel so graceful to the sun up and down!! My wife went to JM Lash Beauty Bar for an appointment when she arrived the door was locked, she waited and knocked on the door, called and texted them with no response. She waited for 10 minutes outside of the business. the door to the lobby was locked. No response from JM Lash after my wife made texts and phone calls, and later in the day they charged her full price for a "no show" they only text back back 20 minutes later saying "did you find us?" There was no communication from JM Lash at all just a full price charge of $75 for nothing. I would not recommend this business at all. read more
