I also noticed my lashed were criss-crossed and the lift (curl) was uneven. A few of them looked crimped and are curling into my eyelids like maybe they somehow got under the pads during the process (?) I'm not sure what happened, but since this was meant to be a professional lash lift I was a little disappointed in results. I was hoping for a uniformed curl, and a little more attention to detail.
