As I was leaving I told her that I know that she had to have known that I was already in there for minutes BEFORE she went into the bathroom. How? I pointed at the door chime. She said "I didn't hear it." If she can't hear the door chime from the back (which I find hard to believe) then how about checking the front area every few minutes, Especially before you go into the bathroom for long enough that I thought she was in there cleaning it. It's just common sense! She left the front unattended for close to 10 minutes! Terrible customer service....AGAIN! Managers....check the camera footage. I can't even make this stuff up.
