I'm updating my review based on the owner reaching out to me. There was a misunderstanding about them taking away multiple tanning beds but the owner called and clarified. I feel that shows great customer service and made me feel like she appreciated my Buisness. Happy she took the time to clear up any issues. I couldn't recommend this tanning salon enough. I had very little knowledge about artificial tanning but had a horrible farmer's tan 1 month before my wedding date. When I walked in for a consult, Jenna, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I signed up immediately for bed tanning and she gave me the best advice on how to clear up my tan lines. Every time I go here I leave feeling beautiful and relaxed. Everyone working there is very knowledgeable and sweet; my first couple times I tried new beds/spray tan and they went over the process and made it all easy to understand. This was my first time visiting Dreamtan and my visit definitely deserves a 5 star review! From start to finish I had the most amazing experience! The staff was beyond friendly and attentive. The establishment was super clean and SO cute! They had amazing specials and deals on different tanning packages which made it work with my budget. Their choice of beds and spa treatments is amazing. You can get your lips done, get a cellulite treatment, red light therapy AND tan all in one place! They have spray tanning, personal air brushing (by appointment) stand ups, I mean there are so many choices, it's amazing! I am LOVING my transferred/grandfathered in "new" membership with Dream Tan! The staff is awesome and I have absolutely MISSED any semblance of "normalcy" that the minute I heard they were open, I jumped at the chance to go. I still make sure to protect myself, my family and others around me by practicing social distancing, washing my hands and wearing a mask. I am just SO THANKFUL to be doing some usual self-care...now I am eager to see our hair, makeup and nail professionals come back to work. If they wear a mask and so do I...what's the risk? Most nail workers wear masks all the time to protect themselves from inhaling the chemicals so add face shields and let them get back to earning a living too!!! I miss my hair stylist! ‍ read more

Great location, inviting facility its clean and is inviting ...several areas to sit in between tanning where I myself take time to just sit and relax or visit with the staff (who are so personable and friendly) Sandy is my personal favorite. I used to tan here when it was under another name. I had stopped tanning a few years ago when it closed. I'm going to Maui next month and need to get a good base going. Got a spray tan by a very nice woman. Can't remember her name (so bad with names). She did an excellent job and made me feel very comfortable. My tan looked great and even and lasted as long as I was looking for. She gave me good advice on how to make it last and what to expect and told me I could call her anytime. read more

I've done needle and needless injections, and I definitely prefer this method. Getting an appointment was so easy, and everyone that works there is so nice. This salon discriminates against the disabled and people who suffer from skin disorders that tanning salons have proven beneficial to said disorders. I took my business to ITan and showed up literally in tears after the owner of Dream Tan said "My skin was getting into the beds" and now I have a $99 a month membership. Since joining ITan, I asked if I have left any 'skin' in their beds and they said it can't happen. And IF, it did, they just clean it. They proceeded to tell me they have many clients with various skin disorders and they welcome them with open arms. read more

This use to be my favorite salon before it was sold to new owners. It was never fancy but it got me tan. I just moved back to town a few months ago and decided to sign up at my favorite tanning salon. I walked in and noticed the nice upgrades and clothing. Felicia, the new owner, was there. I waited about 2 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I noticed a familiar face and spoke with Sandy for a few minutes deciding what I wanted to sign up for/ what packages they had. Sandy was rude- per usual- right in front of the owner! I had intentions of signing up for a monthly membership but decided to only sign up for a 1 month groupon because I needed to tan for a business trip I was going on and it's the closest salon to my house. I was told they had all new bulbs and it's way better than when previous owners ran it. I went in the stand up and 6 bulbs were out!! I mentioned it to the owner at my next visit and she acted surprised and said she'd have them changed. Tanned for the 5 days before my trip then when I came back I went about 5 more time. Always attitude from Sandy-Mentioned it to the owner and she made an excuse for her! Felicia has awful customer service and allows the ladies in there to treat clients rudely. I managed a salon for 5 years and would never allow or accept my girls to talk or treat clients the way they treated me. I don't want to give my money to a business like that. They still hadn't fixed the stand up bulbs on my last day of the groupon which was about a month ago. Take your money to a salon that wants your business. I'm giving it a 2 star because their beds do give decent color, the clothes are pretty cute and Karen is usually helpful. read more

I felt so bad for Sandy the front desk girl,she got a call from a rude customer who demanded she take her call instead of helping the 4 people in the waiting room. So she took the call and the lady was yelling at her and personally insulting her, I felt so bad for Sandy but she handled it so well. She is so sweet and doesn't deserve to be treated like that!
