I have been to various salons of the same company over the years and this is the best one around hands-down. I really like this salon because it's very clean, and seems to run very efficiently overall. I'd like to give special recognition to Susan and Haylie because they always seem to greet each and every customer with a smile. They are very knowledgeable about each machine and what its function is as well. I referred a friend and Haylie was very thorough on explaining all the benefits and features of the machines. Susan also was very helpful with a complaint. I had from another salon in another city and she was able to get it resolved for me. In addition, they both always make sure the customer has what they need or suggest other things for them to try. They also always let me know about any specials that are going on or suggest new products to try. Keep up the good work girls and I will always refer people to your location.

I came in tonight at 7:30 PM. Nobody at the front desk. I waited a few minutes. I started looking…read moredown the halls. I see the same girl as last time go into the bathroom. Seriously? I walked back there because I thought maybe she was cleaning it, but the door was closed. Then I walked back to the front door and opened it again to make the door chime go off again. Still nothing. Many minutes later she finally out. I told her I had been waiting in the front for a while. She said "sorry....i was in the bathroom." As I was leaving I told her that I know that she had to have known that I was already in there for minutes BEFORE she went into the bathroom. How? I pointed at the door chime. She said "I didn't hear it." If she can't hear the door chime from the back (which I find hard to believe) then how about checking the front area every few minutes, Especially before you go into the bathroom for long enough that I thought she was in there cleaning it. It's just common sense! She left the front unattended for close to 10 minutes! Terrible customer service....AGAIN! Managers....check the camera footage. I can't even make this stuff up.

I think it should be higher so I tip in that manner, and she will only raise the prices when product expenses go up. She is located just off of Jefferson in a business complex. I am already getting compliments on my hybrid lashes and how natural and soft they look. She even gave me an after care kit that was super cute wrapped up in a Halloween theme. It's hard to believe that dream tan is still in business, if it wasn't for the amazing employees (savannah and sandi) I have no doubt in my mind this place would've gone under sometime ago or forced to close down by health and safety due to the owner (Felicia) illegally offering Cosmetic injections when she is not licensed nor experienced. YouTube videos only go so far sweetheart I've been tanning here at dream tan for approximately a year and some change now. Seems like every other week I'm being told that I won't be able to use a requested bed due to broken beds or the most commonly bulbs being out that for some reason take weeks to be replaced. You would think that the owner would have the funds to keep the beds up and running and for the AC to work in the building figuring she likes to increase the monthly payments without informing the clients. Oh and if you'd like to get in contact with her to discuss the increase in payments Goodluck, she avoids her clients like the Black Plague. There has been countless of times where i have requested for the owner to contact me and not once has she given me the time of day. Not like that's what a business owners job is, if she treats her clients with such disrespect I can't even imagine what her employees go through on a daily basis. Do yourself a favor and avoid Dream Tan like the owner avoids her clients complaints and concerns. read more

This is by far the best tanning salon I've ever been to! (And I've been to a lot of local tanning salons) The staff is super nice and all have great customer service. I met the owners and they were so kind and helpful! I can't believe what people are saying in their reviews. After meeting the owners I know these are all made up lies. They told me they build houses for the poor in Mexico and invited me on one! (I might go) The wife just had a baby and I can't believe people are slamming her because of it. Women in business being slammed for being absent for having a baby is so sad. Owners aren't required to work at the location if they have employees. Anyway I loved my experience at Dream tan! 10/10 tanning salon, the staff and owners are super friendly and always so helpful. I'm not sure why there are any negative reviews as I've NEVER had a problem with the prices or equipment. The prices are totally normal and at market price (if not better). I've paid WAY more in LA and OC for a tanning membership. I've used both the spray tan booth and the tanning beds here and I've NEVER had an issue with any of them - the equipment IS CLEAN and the place IS TIDY AND CLEAN. The bulbs in the tanning beds are also regularly changed out and replaced with new bulbs. They also have a super cute mini boutique at the front of the store. Definitely recommend this place if you're in the Murrieta or Temecula area. read more

I was already in desperate need of a tanning salon near our new home, but Karen has sold me on becoming a forever customer!! She was so genuine and kind. And also knowledgeable and helpful with what beds would be better for what I was looking for and how long I should stay in for. I could not be happier with the service I was shown! I have gotten my lips done here TWICE, and I am absolutely in love! The needleless injections gave me the perfect pout and look completely natural! Felicia did such an incredible job and talked me through the whole thing. After getting both needle and needleless injections, I am so impressed by her work. I definitely prefer this method. Stopped in here when I was last at Barons market place (Just a couple doors over) and WOW... this place is decorated so nicely! I met Whitney at the front and she was super kind in showing me the ropes of tanning. Staff is amazing! The facility is very clean and each bed is cleaned in between users! They offer an array of plans suited to fit anyone and everyone wether you just need to tan for a week or two, or prefer to come more often over a longer period of time. When I think of a clean salon, Dream Tan is the one that comes to mind! I have been to other salons where I would have to ask the employees to re clean a bed before I used it, and I have never once encountered that at Dream Tan. The beds also give an amazing golden brown tan. I have never had any issues with this salon. 10/10 would recommend!! read more

BEST place around to tan, I drive past a couple other tanning places just to come up to Dream Tan. Pricing is SUPER competitive (LOWER then Itan acoss the board) and the feel is so cozy VS most of the other options that we have in Riverside County (Corporate chains). I used to tan here when it was under another name. I had stopped tanning a few years ago when it closed. I'm going to Maui next month and need to get a good base going. Had a trip to go to Cabo for a week and didn't want to burn too badly, so I came in to get a nice base going. Bought a 3 tan package but ended upgrading so I could come back more. After tanning at a few different tanning spots, this is my forever 'tanning' home. I love coming into see my friends at the front, and everything is so well maintained it's great! Of course the Versa Spray and Mystic spray tanning along with several different tanning beds are always popular. Winchester also has the Aqua massage bed which is amazing. All these services are great but what really puts it over the top are the sweet young ladies here who are ready to help and really are the sweetest. Sara and I sat down and went over the look I was going for but, I knew I could trust her given the amazing work I saw she has done on Instagram! I let her know I trust her and she DID NOT disappoint! I have never had a spray tan last for so long and look amazing for such a long time! I was wearing white all weekend and the tan DID NOT transfer on to ANY of my clothes! My daughter is a competition dancer and I had no idea what to even ask Jamie to do. The second I showed up Jamie just knew what to do without a peep from me. I said she's a competition dancer and Jamie just did her thing. I also messed up on the day I was suppose to come in and she is so busy but I just had to ask for an emergency appointment and she pulled through for us. I'm so so thankful for her dedication in what she does Everything that I could ever want, Jamie serves with no crumbs left unattended. From day one, she has been the absolute best. I met Heather at a friend's tanning party and I loved the experience so much that I booked my own…read moretanning party for a few days before my wedding. Heather is awesome! She will come to your house with her pop-up tent and supplies (AND a bottle of wine -- my kind of gal!), and you can invite as many friends as you'd like. The price is very reasonable and the results are always top notch! I'm pretty pale, so she recommended a level 6 tan for me, which was perfect to give me that extra glow for my wedding day. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone considering getting a spray tan for their wedding or special event!
