I really like this salon because it's very clean, and seems to run very efficiently overall. I'd like to give special recognition to Susan and Haylie because they always seem to greet each and every customer with a smile. They are very knowledgeable about each machine and what its function is as well. I referred a friend and Haylie was very thorough on explaining all the benefits and features of the machines. Susan also was very helpful with a complaint. I had from another salon in another city and she was able to get it resolved for me. In addition, they both always make sure the customer has what they need or suggest other things for them to try. They also always let me know about any specials that are going on or suggest new products to try. Keep up the good work girls and I will always refer people to your location.

It does red light therapy and tanning etc. I told the girl at the front desk I wasn't aware that that's what I signed up for but OK I wanna start using that bed then sounds great. I was willing to chalk it up to maybe I wasn't paying attention, but I'm store manager in sales so I was paying attention. I was told $89. Well, each time I went and asked to use the bed I was told I wasn't allowed to use the bed because I hadn't completed full-time minutes in every other bed. OK...so why am I paying $109.95 to use a bed they won't let me use? How can you possibly be full-time in every bed that quick ?? The girls were guiding me each time I went in to what room and how many minutes the recommend based off me being new to tanning. Well I finally worked myself up to FT in 2 months( not sure how that happened) I finally can use the bed I pay an xtra $20 for. 2. Bed is great! Bed is VERY HOT. I can see why you start at 5 minutes and work up. I love it. Why again am I paying for a bed that doesn't function properly though? Every time I use it there is no mist. I want mist. I deserve to get what I pay for. Went in again today and I asked the girl at the front if the misters were working because every time I use the bed that I'm paying extra for the misters don't work. Her response was they order the mister cartridge ms on the first of the month and they go through them quickly because everyone uses that bed. OK great I can understand that everyone wants to use the bed but why is it not available to everyone who is paying extra to use that bed?? I'm wanting misters I shouldn't have to pay extra for a bed that isn't functioning because EVERYONE uses it. I'm not paying for them. I'm paying for me so maybe more misters need to be ordered to keep the bed supplied for EVERYONE who uses the bed. The last thing I will add is every employee that I have encountered at this location is super nice and I do appreciate that very much. They are very courteous and I actually look forward to coming into this location. I'm just a consumer wanting my moneys worth.

Her spray tan was incredible. My skin was glowing, natural-looking, and not the slightest bit orange. No streaks, no weird smell--just a flawless, sun-kissed glow that made me feel amazing on my big day. Kristy's studio is super cute, and she made me feel very comfortable. I pay $59 for 4 visits per month, which allows me one " me" day to really focus on my health and wellness as part of my routine to improve my health and overall wellbeing and autoimmune issues . They have robes they issue you on arrival and they also sell products and merchandise but never push anything on you. They also have a water fountain you can fill any size ( reasonably) with delicious mineral water. This place just kind of takes the edge off for me and is totally worth it at least once a week considering all they offer and the effectiveness. One major thing I'd love to mention is the service . Most of these young ladies are wonderful and make you really feel welcome when you are there. I've used the membership now for 3 months and not once have I called- even at the last minute or the night before- where they haven't failed to accommodate me. I don't think I'm bougie at all and have no demands; they just do such a great job to get you in . I have been getting my lashes done with her for well over a year now and always happy with her services! She listens when I share my need to change lash length and volume. I noticed that my first few visits with her trying to find the shape/size that works best. She is flexible with her schedule when we are running late and I have accommodated flexibilities as well. I know I have been late to appointments. When she has a cancellation or finishes earlier than expected, she will let the next client know in case we can come earlier. It's a give and take that has worked out very well for me. If you're looking for a lash tech/artist in the Murrieta area, I highly recommend Amanda! Her price is very reasonable!!
