If you are in need of a tan in Temecula or the surrounding area - GO HERE! I am an avid tanner (self tan, sugared and bronzed, etc.) I know what a good tan looks like. I came to Claudia for my wedding tan - and boy did she deliver. She made me look absolutely incredible and bronzed. Not orange at all. You could not even tell I had a fake tan. I had too many compliments to count. I did the bridal package and loved it. No streaks, and a week after the wedding my tan still looked amazing! Unbelievable. Her prices are so great as well. I think it might be the best tan I have ever got. My mom did a tan too, and Claudia made her feel super comfortable. I wish I lived closer because I would come once a month. Trust her with any event, you really cannot go wrong. I have no cons. Also! Did not transfer on my wedding dress - even with all the sweating. Thank you, Claudia! read more

Sarah was so awesome and my spray tan came out perfect. It was my first time and she made everything super simple. Definitely recommend

Clean, on time and great service! Sarah, the owner and artist that did my tan was so so wonderful! This was my first time ever getting a tan. I have very fair skin with freckles and I'm a mom with stretch marks. I was nervous about getting it done. She made me feel so comfortable. It turned out amazing highly recommend this business read more

I'm not sure what went wrong, as I followed directions exactly, but my tan came out in streaks and a day later I'm having to exfoliate to remove as much of the tan as possible. The lady who helped me was super nice and I felt comfortable, but it was certainly not worth $70. read more

I got my first ever spray tan from this place right before stagecoach a little over a week ago. I have never felt so insecure in my entire life. I did EVERYTHING I was told to keep the spray tan looking good and took it very seriously since it was my first ever spray tan and I of course wanted to look and feel good at the festival. The day after I got the spray tan my legs were completely orange and did not even kind of match the rest of my body. I called this company for help to see what to do and they said to just shower and it will gradually come off. My legs stayed orange while the rest of my body continued to be 10 shades lighter in color!!! I felt so insecure and after 2 days it became INSANELY SPLOTCHY! I am so uncomfortable and people keep telling me what a horrible spray tan I have. It's still splotchy now EVERYWHERE ON MY BODY. And is still orange! i have never written a yelp review in my life and now I feel obligated to help the girls out there out. I feel really bad writing such a negative review because the girl who did my tan was extremely nice but I DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Love doesn't cover it. It's been over a week and I still look like a Golden Goddess. Kelly is amazing and her students are clearly VERY well taught. I will absolutely be using her in the Spring, Fall, & Winter when I struggle to get a good tan. The contouring was perfect, literally just made my already pronounced muscles pop even more. Best spray tan I've ever received. Studio: Clean, chic, and perfect for La Jolla. Kelly: Amazing, total boss babe, and super sweet. Student: Well taught, clearly very attentive to detail during the contouring phase, also super sweet. Experience: Phenomenal. I don't think I could risk going anywhere else. read more

I have been getting lash extensions for over a year now. I originally started in Philadelphia and fell in love/became addicted quite easily. First and foremost, if you are thinking about getting lashes JUST DO IT and if you are on this page reading this, choose Slay Beauty Bar! #SlayBaes I researched long and hard, as well as spoke to friends in SD who have them and even random girls at the bar asking where they get their lashes done. Finally, I decided to come to Slay Beauty Bar and get a full new set and I was nothing short of happy! (see video/pics I uploaded - although they don't even do these lashes justice). I definitely made the right choice coming here, I went somewhere else previously and was not satisfied, it truly matters where you go. So do your research and speak up! Nirel, who did my lashes did an absolutely amazing job! She asked what I was looking for and showed me before and after pictures of other girls lashes, so I could show her exactly what I wanted/expected. After seeing my results I know I chose a great place to continue my lash extension addiction. Cannot wait to see how long these bad boys last. If you are thinking about coming here for lash extensions, DO IT! I can't wait to try out their spray tanning too... look up their instagram, the contouring spray tan looks awesome! P.S. Nirel gave me referral cards so my friends can get $10 off a service there (I think I get $10 too). Love when places do nice things like this. read more

I researched the best eyelash extensions in San Diego and found Slay Beauty Bar. I read all of the reviews, looked at all the photos, and checked out the Insta. My research might boarder on stalking...but hey lashes/eyes are nothing to mess around with! I'm so glad I found Kelly and her salon because my lashes look amazing! The service was so relaxing and Kelly checks in with you to make sure you love them before you leave! Which of course you will!! As far as maintenance, I sleep with an eye mask that doesn't press against my eyes so I can keep them flawless while I sleep. You can find them here if you're interested: https://www.magellans.com/itemdy00.aspx?T1=MIF707+PEW&srccode=NXCMC6&utm_source=google&utm_medium=comparison&utm_campaign=datafeed&source=pla&gclid=Cj0KCQiAgs7RBRDoARIsANOo-Hj_zF-_d-3HBaQaFqca5GtmFQlaOF8War53uAJxmlEkRLOcXfhCNLAaAm9HEALw_wcB I also just had a tan by Kelly and I woke up looking so natural and streak-free! One of my co-workers asked if I went to the beach yesterday! She makes you feel so comfortable and explains everything so thoroughly. She's a perfectionist too which is exactly who you want to do your tanning/lashes/etc!! Now onto her amazing customer service! I accidentally scheduled my appointments incorrectly (one for Thursday, one for Friday) and she not only called me to make sure that was correct, she also accommodated me same day for both appointments! She's truly excellent!!! I absolutely found my new salon for all things beauty! Thanks Kelly for being so wonderful at what you do! xo! read more

Last Sunday was my first time at Slay Beauty Bar and it was a wonderful experience. The facility is small but absolutely adorable! Kelly was training two girls on how to spray tan a client, which happened to be me that day. It's not easy for some women to get naked in front of stranger, let a lone THREE!! However, everyone was professional, friendly and down to earth, which was very comforting. It was a smooth process and Kelly was very informative, which makes her a great instructor for newbies. When done, I looked like a total beach babe!! Only two days out and my tan still looks great. I highly recommend this facility and I can't wait to try the other services offered here! read more

I LOVE my spray tan! Thank you so much to Amanda at Slay Beauty Bar. I had a photoshoot coming up and knew I needed to look amazing for it so I went to Slay for a spray tan. The salon is adorable. This was my first spray tan. I absolutely love it! I will definitely be doing this more oftn, especially on special occasions.

I was on a mission to find the best cheap eyelash extensions in Pacific Beach. I moved here from La Mesa a few months ago and driving all the way back out to my old neighborhood to get my eyelash extensions started to become a real hassle. I am an avid Yelper so one night I spent like two hours on my app reading reviews from beauty salons in the Pacific Beach/La Jolla area, about eyelash extensions. Slay Beauty Bar really stood out amongst the crowd. I can't exactly put my finger on it, but I just liked what other people were saying about Slay, I liked the reviews enough to set an appointment to have my lashes done. It only took about two minutes on the phone with them for me to be impressed. They were able to squeeze me in on a Friday afternoon. My old place in La Mesa could never get me in on a Friday. Their location is super cute, inside and out. You could tell they really knew what they were doing when it came to eyelash extensions. I have been getting extensions for about a decade now, and I can tell when they are experts. My eyelashes turned out incredible! I all definitely be coming back here now that I live in the neighborhood! The best part is that they are right across the street from a BOMB fish taco spot! I think I found my Friday ritual, eyelash extensions and Mahi-Mahi tacos! read more

Best spray tan ever! The salon is adorable and has a very calming, spa type vibe. Kelly's so welcoming and friendly! I was super scared of looking orange, but Kelly made it look really natural. It lasted a full week, and faded evenly. Looking forward to coming back. read more

Kelly is an absolute gem. She explained the entire process to me step by step and I was left with an AMAZING tan. I am very fair skinned and am always afraid to turn orange. She asked me some general questions about my skin tone and how it reacts to the sun naturally and made the perfect blend for me! You would NOT believe this is not a real tan! I'll be back! read more

I got so many compliments on my spray tan "Luxurious"

In from San Francisco for a wedding. Desperately needed a rapid spray tan the day before. X-Tan to the rescue! Claudia was so professional and kind, I felt really comfortable with her immediately. The spray tan process was detailed and luxury. I wasnt sticky afterwards and can already tell the color will be really nice! Will definitely be back for another tan if Im in the area again. read more

The person who did my tan must not have been fully paying attention (we all have those off days...) and my right hand and palm were a darker shade and had strange stains from the angle/overconcentration of tanning spray in areas around my hand, wrist, and fingers. The coloring around my wrists was also discolored and looked like results you would get from a bad grocery store tanning lotion. I also wore the paper thong for the spray tan and the back was off centered (I didn't notice because...well...it was my back) and when the woman sprayed me she didn't even tell me it was off-centered so I had this ridiculous looking thong tan line in the middle of my butt cheek until the tan faded. It made for some good laughs, but just in general, not cool of her to not give me a heads up. Figured that's girl code 101. I had also asked for the lip coverage so I didn't stain my lips and was never provided it. I contacted Slay before posting this and the response I got felt like I was the one being blamed for the issue which frustrated me quite a bit. I think there was an apology mixed in there, but there was no way for me to fix the tan at that point. The suggestion to fix the issue was a pumice stone, but I wasn't able to get one (traveling for work) so just had to walk around with brown spots on my right hand for days. This was a trial for my wedding and I ended up going elsewhere (and was very happy with those results!). I was very glad I did so, as many of the issues I had with tan fading, spotting, etc. did not occur. read more
