Her work is amazing. However I got an allergic reaction from the glue and had an eye infection. I sucked it up because her work was awesome and went back for a refill but then got another infection and this time doctor confirmed it's the glue and it's best to remove the lashes. When i reached out asking to remove them because of the glue, Lisa response was to go to Urgent Care. She treated me in the worst way possible and I ended up removing them with oil per her 2nd suggestion because she was too busy. She was awesome squeezing me in when we met but when it came to this, she basically told me to shuv it. I expected better customer service. So be warned Incase you happen to have an allergic reaction. Which I was ok with. I get it. Not a big deal but help me and fix it! I walked around not being able to see with 1 eye for 4 days. I have super straight eyelashes and was just over curling them and putting mascara on after so many years. I decided to try lash extensions and was referred to Lisa ( have been with her for about 10 months) Oh my goodness!! I absolutely love waking up in the morning with my lashes so amazingly beautiful ! Lisa is a true Artist and her customer service is second to none. I get a little irritated for 1-2 days from the glue but Lisa has helped me with that and even ordered a different glue to see if it helped. The lashes are so comfortable and they last well especially with the lash wash Lisa recommends. She is very knowledgeable and is just such a beautiful person inside and out.
