Mallory is very personable and professional with an impeccable work ethic. Mallory respects the time of her clients. This is important to me and a rare find... She is ALWAYS ready for me at my scheduled appointment time. She allows 1 full hour for each appointment whether it be for a Fill or a Fill set! Mallory is efficient and crafted at her skill! I never feel as though she is rushing through my appointment.... Whether it takes 35 minutes or 55 minutes makes no difference... I am paying for the service provided... not the minutes it takes for her to complete my fill. I get GREAT results and I am happy when I leave! Quality and service are not to par. On day one, 5 lashes fell out, day two most of my lashes fell out and it looked sparse. I treated my set with TLC and tended to my lashes as Mallory advised me to. When I reached out the following day after I got my eye lashes done, Mallory blamed me for not "babying" them enough and that she was going to charge me for touch up and mentioned that I could wait two weeks while I try to save what's left until a next fill. Her response was far from good customer service and as a client she made me feel like I was the problem rather than her quality of service. I don't recommend this place for lash extensions as I have experienced better, where my lashes last way past two days. It's unsatisfactory and disappointing to pay for a full set and on day two only be left with 60% of those lashes. By the end of week 1 most of my lashes fell off! I avoided rubbing my eyes and using any products on and around my eyes. A simple blink would make a couple strands fall out easily, yikes! Mallory did my lashes and I'm so happy with the result! It was such a good experience. She started on time & took exactly an hour. When I arrived we talked about what style I wanted & she delivered! After, she provided a card with some after care tips & a spooly brush. She also explained in detail the after care tips. I had no experience of stinging due to the glue like some people may have, which I'm thankful for! & it seriously feels like I have nothing on my eyes. I went for the first time and asked for very natural lashes, insisting that I didn't want anyone to know I was wearing extensions. Mallory was very nice but the lashes did not look natural at all - extremely long and very curly - looked too obvious and fake. I was disappointed after paying $140 for a full set. I messaged Mallory straight after to tell her they weren't right, I asked how I could remove them, she gave me instructions and I took them off myself. She didn't offer to re-do them, a complete waste of money. It's a shame because I would have gone back to her had she been able to do the natural look I asked for. read more

Not a good investment - Bad experience. On my appointment day, I received a text message from Malory 1 hr before my scheduled appointment- wanting to see me earlier, the reason: previous appointment had canceled. Mallory requested to pay with cash and that there is an ATM machine inside the building, not only my appointment got moved to an hour earlier but also she was only accepting cash payment. (nothing wrong with paying in cash), my problem is: 1. The inconvenience I went through, changing the time of my appointment ah hour before. 2. Cash payment ONLY. had to use the ATM machine located inside the building and paid the associated fee for taking out cash outside my bank. (i did not have time to make a stop at the bank to take money out) I arrived at the shop, I let her know how I liked my lashes, but she didn't respect my request :( When she finished doing my lashes, and i was able to finally open my eyes, it was a big disappointment for me :( 1. The glue was releasing a very strong fume, my eyes were irritated, she took the fan and blew air on them for a little bit, the glue had still a strong smell. 2. when it was time to try to open my eyes again, some of the lashes were glued to my eye lid, they were stuck and i couldn't open my eye. 3.My eyes did not have enough extensions, it is nothing like the pictures i saw on yelp. she cut short on the beginning and towards the end of each eye lid. 4. It felt like she was rushing trying to get out asap. 2 plus days after, I still had a burning sensation. I didn't want to get my face wet, the glue's chemicals irritated my eyes, had a burning sensation, (did not like it at all! ). I don't like to give bad reviews....for several days i thought about my overall experience and it was just simply bad what i went through... I've had lash extensions for many years, nothing compares to my experience from this shop. read more

I hate leaving negative reviews but this experience was very odd to me. I came here twice, once for a full set and once for a fill 2 weeks later. Mallory was very nice on the phone when I was first scheduling. At the appointment she wasn't that friendly, I tried making small talk but it felt like that was irritating to her so so just stayed quiet till she was finished. I was surprised to read each appointment was only one hour. For a full set and a fill. That's super weird and yes FAST, but I don't necessarily know if that's such a good thing when your talking eyelashes. For some that haven't had a more experienced lash artist this might seem convenient but trust me one hour for a full set is very rushed (45 minutes when you account for getting there and paying afterwards by getting cash out of then ATM in the lobby). My lashes were very dark black, very thick and in clumps of many when they fell out, not small individual lashes. This might account for how little time it takes. There was no choice I was given in the color, weight or length. They felt heavier and of cheaper quality then I am used to. My fill was the same experience. She wasn't very friendly, didn't make small talk and I felt rushed in and out like a car wash. Not my cup of tea. I'd rather my artist spend time getting it right for me and ensuring I stay a customer for life. I won't return :( read more

I have been seeing Mallory every 3 weeks for about 5 months now and I could not be happier with her services! She is actually the only person I have ever gone to for eyelash extensions. After my second appointment with her I knew there was no reason for me to look else where. I get the flat matte lashes that she offers and I always get so many compliments on them :) They also last a decent amount of time. I am a personal trainer so I am constantly working out, sweating, and showering and these lashes still hold up and look great between fills. I've come a few times to get my lashes done and I always like how they look. Last time my eyes stung for a few hours but it subsided. The glue just isn't the best in my opinion. They barely hang in there up to the two week point. I've gotten my lashes done by a few artists over the years and I've never experienced a glue like this. I always wait to wet them for 48hrs and I'm typically pretty careful with them. So this most recent time I went in for a 3 week fill-I was alittle late(I try to come every 2 weeks)-and I did loose a decent amount of lashes. So instead of paying for a 2-3 week fill, as I had expected,she suggested I pay for a full set. I didn't think I had much of a choice so of course I complied. Afterwards I realized she could have charged me for a 4 week fill instead of jumping straight to a full set. That's a huge price difference. As a returning customer I was pretty surprised. Also, she was able to complete my "full set" in less than an hour. It was about 45min-I timed it. I like a speedy service but that seemed alittle fast for a set of lashes. read more
