I've been getting my lashes done by Mallory for three months now and I can't imagine my life without them or her! I was nervous at first because I had never had eyelash extensions and didn't want them to look over done. I messaged Mallory a few times before my initial appointment with my questions and she messaged back right away, and was super nice and helpful. When I went in for my first visit I let her know that I wanted them to look as natural as possible and she nailed it and has continued to do so with each fill. Ive been to a few different lash ladies throughout the years..and while I liked them all, no one compares to Mallory. Shes the most efficient, the quickest, and soooo reasonably priced for the great quality of lash work! My lashes have never looked better. Before I was getting the expensive volume lashes and Mallory does the "classic" lashes on me which end up looking longer and fuller than the pricier volume lashes I've had in the past. went in twice, first time was ok experience, didn't seem very nice from the start but trusted her. next time I went in she didn't clean my lashes very well, and I know i'm supposed to clean them ahead of time and I did, but I asked for her to clean them a little more since she said they weren't clean, and she did not do so but CONTINUED to put extensions on, knowing they would not stay since my lashes were dirty. she was extremely rude to me after the appointment and did not have a good attitude. the NEXT DAY I woke up with 10 extensions left on each eye. all 90 extensions on BOTH eyes fell out. I did NOT get them wet, did NOT sleep on my face or sides, I did everything I could to protect them from messing up, but still woke up in a pile of lashes. When I texted her telling her what happened she was EXTREMELY rude and blamed EVERYTHING on me. If she "puts her heart and soul" into lashes, why didn't she clean my lashes more before so they wouldn't fall out? why wouldn't she just take blame and be nice and respectful since I am paying her for doing this to my lashes and I am the customer?? This has happened to two other of my friends and I'd give less than 1 star if I could. do NOT recommend!!! read more
