I purchased a service from Groupon for this merchant only to find it wasn't what was advertised on…read moreGroupon or Yelp. The address for the place of the merchant is incorrect. This is a home based business in Menifee. I contacted the merchant by 1st calling and leaving a message then texting the number that was posted on Groupon and Yelp. I didn't receive any contact back until the next day when I called the merchant again and was greeted like I had reached just a regular cell phone number, I had to ask if it was "Pretty Eyes by Jamie". The lady which I assumed was Jamie asked if I could text her instead. I told her that I wanted to book an appt for both myself and my mom, the appt day and time I couldn't make and asked if there was anything else. I didn't receive a text back till the next day, after I re-texted her. I then asked where the service was located and was then told it was in a home in Menifee. I wasn't comfortable with this as there was nothing anywhere that revealed it as a home based business and it wasn't revealed until the end of the conversation, and that it took 3 days to try and book! I have nothing against home based businesses, but as a consumer I want to make sure the services I receive are in a clean, safe environment and there is nothing being hidden. I wish Pretty Eyes by Jamie would at least fix her business info on Yelp and at most make a website to show how she does business. I gave her 3 stars just because she was pleasant and took my suggestions respectfully!

I reached out to Jen looking for a stylist to do a full or partial highlight and trim. I had pictures of my self with a full highlight to show what color I wanted. Jen suggest Amanda who does her hair and so I reached out to her. Amanda was very courteous and understanding during the whole conversation. Switching hair stylists is nerve wracking and the prices have gone up so I was hesitant but Amanda was understandable and gave me a very reasonable price so I decided to go with her, plus she has years of experience. The place is so cute and welcoming. Amanda is so sweet and did amazing work. She took my blonde from drab to fab! We had such a heart felt conversation and I'm forever grateful our paths crossed. She did an amazing job on my hair which I'm very picky about so I was really impressed how well she did the job and handled my jabber LOL I just recommended my friend to her and I should have done this review back in October when I got my hair done (sorry girls) Amanda did exactly what I asked for and that just shows how good of a stylist she is because the part couple I've been too don't quite get the assignment...She also took pictures of my hair after and that was a first for me! Something I always wanted a stylist to do but they never asked and little things like this really make customers feel special. So thank you so much for doing an amazing job and being an amazing stylist! I will definitely be back as soon as I can and will forever recommend my SoCal peeps here for beauty needs and Amanda for hair

Many of my natural lashes were glued to each other. The purpose of getting lashes professionally done is for them to separate each natural lash individually in order to prevent damage or discomfort. The set looked cute initially and I received compliments, but my natural lashes are now noticeably damaged. I'm not sure if I had a bad experience simply because my appointments were on Saturdays when they were very busy (all the techs had back-to-back clients). I do not recommend this place.
