She was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I feel she takes her time and made sure she got all of the lashes. I went a second time and the lashes lasted me a week and a half I was upset. They missed SO MANY LASHES. My one hour fill was done in 28 min. When I got to my car to see them closer in my own mirror I was devastated. When I was trying to schedule an appointment with missy they were booked out so far in advance. Unfortunately, I had to wait just a little bit longer to see her again. If I didn't have Missy I would have cancelled my membership wasting $100 just to put 20 lashes on is not worth it. When I came in today for another fill. I had missy. Which was great, I don't mind waiting the extra 15ish minutes for her due to the fact that she takes her time and she makes sure she gets all of the lashes. I debated on leaving this review, but after careful consideration and not even an apology (I didn't ask for a refund so that was the least that could have been done) I decided to leave this review and cancel my next appt with her. So please go at your own risk....the artist was nice and very professional so I trusted her technique. When I messaged her and sent her pictures she said she didn't touch the tail end of my brows and explained that this was due to a brow trim? I didn't know a trim removed hair ? well you can be the judge of that. First picture the left was after I left and the right was before going, second picture is when I left her place the first time, compared to this visit on the right. If a client sends a message right after a service with concerns, then it's in good nature as a business owner to at least apologize because obviously the client isn't happy, when you reply with a defense response AFTER sending pictures that's in very poor taste in my opinion. Thankfully brows do grow and makeup has done wonders but I paid to get a tint and wax to a avoid having to do this and save time in the mornings before work, needless to say that did not happen because I am having to work on them every morning until they grow out.

I've had my lashes done lots of times elsewhere and have never had an issue. I told her in the beginning that the placing of the tape felt weird and was digging into the corner of my eyes. At the end when it came time for her to remove all the tape it took her about 20 minutes and it was painful from all the pulling because my lashes were all stuck. Initially, I didn't say anything, but when I finally mentioned that I wanted to adjust the style, I was surprised by the owner's response. She commented that the lash style I liked was "ugly" and stated, "We don't do that here." Regardless of personal preferences, I found those comments unnecessary and embarrassing, especially in front of other people. What made the situation even more confusing was that I left feeling unsure whether I was welcome to continue as a client. If the style I wanted wasn't something the salon offered, that would have been understandable, but the way it was communicated left me uncomfortable and uncertain about what my options were moving forward. To add to the confusion, I was informed that I would need to pay full price to have my lashes corrected, even though they had been done less than a week earlier.
