Chelsea was very nice and walked me through the procedure. She explained the rules of not getting my lashes wet for 48 hours. When it was initially completed, it looked ok, although one eye's lashes were way higher than the other. Chelsea explained it would even out and that she guarantees her work 100%. She said she would follow up with me. After 2-3 days my lashes were straight again. I texted Chelsea the following week to let her know. She said that this has never happened before and I must have gotten them wet. I let her know I was very careful and only used make up wipes to clean my face and not get my lashes wet. I work from home so I had no need to apply makeup. She said that she would redo them. When I went in to have them redone, she wasn't as nice as the first time. Barely said 2 words to me. Again, I went home and followed the after care instructions. Again, my lashes straightened out within a few days. I texted Chelsea to let her know and also sent pictures. She was very rude and blamed me for them straightening out. She said that I am not a good candidate for it since my eyelids are oily! Ummm there was never any discussion about being a 'candidate' for this. Yet she claimed it was my fault for having oily eyelids and the procedure was fine. Ughhh really, so unprofessional!! She also said that she will not refund me and she already did them a second time so that's that. I explained the product was still not what was advertised. It doesn't make sense that doing them a second time was enough even though they still didn't come out as advertised. It was $180, I expect results! It's like being issued a broken item and you return it and it's replaced with another broken item. It's still broken! Issuing two broken items doesn't make it right. Since she wouldn't provide a refund, I contacted the Ricadonna salon. I explained what happened. The receptionist said she would call back and she never did. I called again and they said no, they will not guarantee services at their salon. This was very disappointing considering I have been going there for years for my hair without any problems. It's not worth it!! $180 down the drain with terrible customer service!!! Beware, it is not guaranteed.

I was worried she wouldn't have much to work with, but she was very reassuring and worked a miracle to make my eyes look gorgeous again. Personally, I would choose her over any salon because I know that she has mastered her craft and her environment is calm and peaceful. She is an expert and knows what styles are suitable.

This is a home based business in Menifee. I contacted the merchant by 1st calling and leaving a message then texting the number that was posted on Groupon and Yelp. I didn't receive any contact back until the next day when I called the merchant again and was greeted like I had reached just a regular cell phone number, I had to ask if it was "Pretty Eyes by Jamie". The lady which I assumed was Jamie asked if I could text her instead. I told her that I wanted to book an appt for both myself and my mom, the appt day and time I couldn't make and asked if there was anything else. I didn't receive a text back till the next day, after I re-texted her. I then asked where the service was located and was then told it was in a home in Menifee. I wasn't comfortable with this as there was nothing anywhere that revealed it as a home based business and it wasn't revealed until the end of the conversation, and that it took 3 days to try and book! I have nothing against home based businesses, but as a consumer I want to make sure the services I receive are in a clean, safe environment and there is nothing being hidden. I wish Pretty Eyes by Jamie would at least fix her business info on Yelp and at most make a website to show how she does business. I gave her 3 stars just because she was pleasant and took my suggestions respectfully!

I have been getting my lashes done with her for well over a year now and always happy with her services! She listens when I share my need to change lash length and volume. I noticed that my first few visits with her trying to find the shape/size that works best. She is flexible with her schedule when we are running late and I have accommodated flexibilities as well. I know I have been late to appointments. When she has a cancellation or finishes earlier than expected, she will let the next client know in case we can come earlier. It's a give and take that has worked out very well for me. If you're looking for a lash tech/artist in the Murrieta area, I highly recommend Amanda! Her price is very reasonable!!
